I'd honestly give them 5 stars for a public restroom. You have a convenience store and fuel alongside a US highway without a public restroom. The people are usually nice enough and the place is clean.

Stopped for restroom but was told there was none. On a road wherectowns with gas stations few & far between, this was unexcusable!! If broke, fix it. Just dontvlock the door or put sign on front door. You should have closed up shop!

Never any issues, even if cashier is on phone there is no waiting. Cultural differences could be misinterpreted as rudeness.
