Employee behind counter gets hostile and rude simply because i asked to load money onto my paypal. I had the barcode ready for her to scan and she refused to help me. I literally had to get a manager to process my transaction. When i was trying to hand her the money she laughs and asks me if i knew how to count. I tossed money on the counter and she says im throwing money at her and refuses to continue and another employee had to continue while this lady is hollering making threats ?? Thank God other employees where willing to do her job.

Feb. 19th 2021 tried calling today to make sure you would be open would ring then go to a busy signal ..drove up to the store only to find a note that did nothing but piss your customers off because you will not answer the phone then people have to waste there time only to find a note on the door ..called Corp. And they did not understand why you where closed either ..

This is by far the worst DG I’ve dealt with. Did a pickup order online. My time was pickup 2-3 got there at 3 cashier had no idea, looked at her handheld and my order was there. So I said I’ll run errands and come back. Went back at 6 that cashier was gone and still no one had a clue about my order I then had to proceed around the store with my 3yo the whole point of me doing online pickup then at this time the product was all sold out cause it was a coupon day so instead of substituting my item with a different brand she told me I just have to go checkout with that item and pay full price. No thanks that’s defeats the purpose of online ordering with digital coupons. And on top of all of this she was on the phone with someone giving her step by step directions meanwhile a kid of a worker was throwing stuff in my buggy hanging and climbing all over it On top of throwing a ball around knocking stuff over. I’d rather pay double the price somewhere else then step back on foot at this location.

This place is probably the worst DG I’ve been to. Nothing is stacked on shelves where it belongs... merchandise all out in the floors... and if your lucky you may get an cashier to wait on ya... normally the ladies are to busy gossiping...
