“These guys are amazing. Every employee is knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. They only stock excellent products: for example, I had been buying rawhides on Amazon for my dog because they were way less expensive. I recently bought one here and the employee explained so much about it, and while it was 3x the price, the quality is way way higher and it is lasting my dog 5x as long. I will only buy from these guys from now on.”

I am a foster for the NHA, and their in-house vets were quick to help when my foster baby showed signs of sickness. “FIRST TIME BOARDER with INTROVERTED CAT 5/5 First time boarding my cat, so I wanted to pick the right place. I've always had a family member or friend watch my cat while I'm gone. The Farm was just a little bit more expensive than the other place I found for spring break and absolutely worth it. Staff is exceptional. Lots of natural light in the cat condo, several levels to it. My cat is also pretty shy, and from their end of stay recap I was pleased that they spent time with her but didn't push her too much. Will likely board with them for my next vacation.”

“Here fishy fishy fishy!! It seems this store is under new management. I’ve avoided this store for quite a few months and randomly went back recently to check out the aquatic section. I was shocked to see tanks were being cleaned and with minimal fish. I spoke to a nice manager who explained that they were looking into getting more desired fish. He wrote down my list and promised to call me in a week. He sure did! My tank is finally finished and the selection of fish they have is so much better than before.”

“I have been to this location a few times and had the pleasure of meeting Charlie. Very knowledgeable when it comes to dog food and supplements. He sold me on the “just for dogs” brand a while back and my pups are hooked. I came back and Charlie also recommended a few other things to try. Good conversation and very funny guy. The whole staff seems like they really enjoy what they do! It is a little out of my way but I love this location. Thank you Charlie!!”

“I’m going to keep it short considering that I could go on and on about the GREATNESS of this store and the staff there, but to keep it concise, every pet store (ESPECIALLY petco and Petsmart) needs to take inspiration from this store. It is so clean you wouldn’t even think it’s a pet store, the animals are properly fed and socialized, they’re given exercise time and enrichment, they’re respected, and you can tell that they know they’re in a safe space for the time spent there. I couldn’t thank Ashley and Kierra enough for their kindness. I broke down in full tears seeing such healthy and amazingly cared for animals. They didn’t hesitate to comfort and converse with me. I will continue to make the almost 2 hour drive to come out here and support them. I have once this week and already have planned my next visit at the end of this week. I’m excited and can’t wait.”
