Any store. He wasnt pushy, at all either. Considering Id just left boost mobile a few blocks away, that guy at boost that kind of looks like a tall Steve urkel, was rude, ignorant pertaining to his job, and I had to leave. In Cricket, Amad answered all my questions, bent over backwards to help, and I left with better than I'd came in desiring, and payed much less. Service is great, support is great, If I could give that guy Amad a 50 out of 5 I would. Lastly, get this....I even tried to tip the man, for going out of his way to make me feel valued...on top of having and catering to two or three other customers by himself...Corporate; Id keep my eye on this guy if I were you. Guy's got board of directors written all over him. Top prospect if I ever seen one. Thank ya so much Amad. God bless you.”

“Very transparent, I upgraded from iPhone 11 to an iPhone 15. I was nervous about having everything transferred, thousands of contacts, hundreds of notes, and countless photos none of which I wanted to lose. Came into the store and met Rubin. He assured me that he was definitely going to help with the transfer. Let’s just say Rubin was PHENOMENAL!! He really “held my hand” though the process and calm any anxiety, we purchased a new IPad because Rubin was so PHENOMENAL!! Oh and he helped us save a bit on our existing phone plan!
