Clearly Bell Buckle is in need of a new postmaster, as Casey is in need of a bit more training in customer service. I was out of town last week and came home Saturday to my mail laying on my porch, that included a new credit card and personal insurance information. I went by the post office and told them what happened, her 1st suggestion to me was to put a hold on my mail when I’m going to be gone. As you can see this is not the foundational issue, which anyone with half a brain would have seen. She of course had an attitude, as it seems they have a new carrier who was given permission to leave it there. I’m assuming by her…the “postmaster”. When bad decisions are made, own them and make sure it doesn’t happen again instead of leading with an excuse and attitude. You’re being paid by the very taxpayers that walk into that post office and having a funky attitude about something that you know is wrong is unacceptable. Do better Bell Buckle Post Office…start with a new postmaster.

Hangs packages from mailbox by rubber bands, shoves packages in mail box where you can’t hardly get them out destroying packages and the the items inside, complaining only makes it worse.

Courier routinely refuses to deliver packages to the doorstep in return they put undeliverable or no one's home slips in your mailbox. Will continue to compile complaints with Postal Service. As of yet the complaints have went unanswered. I literally watched her put the slip in the mailbox today while waiting for a package.
