We bought a home and service was transferred to us. From the first visit the tank was locked, due to ignitor switch on heater in shop (where propane was to be used). Company could not fix. Paid yearly fee and called to disconnect after a yr. Received no communication back. Called last more to have picked up and was charged $150 on 6/5 for delivery fee which nothing was delivered . Tank was picked up yesterday 6/20 finally, still locked and unused. Was told that additional fee was for pickup fee, have a zero $ pickup invoice that was sent to my email. Then told it was a locking fee, for coming out to lock. Tank has been locked since day one. Have asked for manager multiple times. Want resolution for service that was never used, not asking for refund but not paying anymore and to close account. Highly dissatisfied! Customer service is horrific

The customer service is pathetic. I have called 6 times to get our budget bill corrected. I was given wrong information initially by the Nashville office. Each time I was told someone would call me back and only one person did to tell us that they were working on the problem. All of these issues began in December and we are still dealing with the problem.

I have called this company twice in the last eight months. The first time was in November or December of 2021 and was told I was not going to be able to get service until February of 2022, which is understandable due to the holidays and the new year. Well, February came and went and no contact from this company. I believe I called again in April of 2022 to try again. I was told by a lady that my appointment from February 2022 wasn’t even in the system. So I gave her all of my information again and she stated that someone would contact me in the next of couple days to try and schedule an appointment. That never happened, it’s now July 2022. Don’t waste your time with this company.

This company as a whole I would have to give a 1 star review because every time I call and get sent to the Nashville office the representatives are extremely rude on the phone.Today I went into the local store and met Laura. She was very helpful and very NICE. She made sure we got our fuel filled today and even made sure we got the best rate available. Folks let me tell you it’s worth going into here I saved a lot per gallon by stopping in and seeing Laura.Don’t be fooled by the Nashville office and over pay.

2 years in a row, it takes over 12 days to get my tank filled. I have a newborn and they won't let me pay extra to come out sooner. Poor service all around.

Just stop by and they have a sign on the door saying they don't fill propane tanks.
