Survived our first physical contact at the BCC!
Friendly staff. Open air facility well ventilated.
Expedient operation: drive-in/drop-off/drive-out. We liked jawboning with the personnel. They had something good to say and mostly factual.
Planning to return in the near future.

Me and my husband have tried to take off our trash the past 2 Saturdays. The first time we got there at 5:40 and the gate was closed a the guy wouldnt open it an just waved us away. We just got there at 5:26 today and there were also 2 other people that tried to pull in at the same time. The gate was closed again an we were not allowed in. The website says your hours at till 6pm on Saturday so why can nobody get in? Something needs to be done!
