Can't say he is the worst delivery person because he never does his job but I can say definitely the laziest. NEVER delivers packages EVER! I don't care if it's the size of a paper clip he won't deliver it. I have been in and outside all day. Even saw the jerk not only once but twice on this road today. That's all he must do is just drive around all day because he sure doesn't deliver your mail. My driveway has not been blocked. My dogs have been stuck in the house all day waiting for this delivery that is already a day late because this is the worst service on the planet and as always get a notification in my email stating no access unable to deliver. UPS and FEDEX always delivers here and on time with no problem but when it comes to the Bean Station post office you'll be lucky to ever see it in your lifetime! As a matter of fact when they were to deliver my husbands urn the notice I got then was that it was delivered to the wrong address. I did receive it a few days later but they should get rid of every single carrier in that building and hire people who can and actually will do their job.

Mark is absolutely ridiculous. He is consistently rude to all customers when I have been there. We are a small community with friendly neighbors and he doesn’t need to be waiting on people. I have experienced this with him many times. I am not one to complain at all but this has happened on multiple occasions with him. There hours say 8-10 but he didn’t even unlock the door till 840. And he always keeps the lights off so people will think they’re closed up front .

My daughter moved out and forwarded her mail, about a year ago ever since she did all her mail my husbands mail and mine are all jacked up. Went to the post office they checked and said she filled the paperwork out correctly. The only thing they could think of is because we all have similar names. And the computer system sends it out that way and there is nothing they could do about it. There suggestion was for us to just give each other the mail when it comes to the wrong box. First of all, that’s illegal and second I may have something coming in the mail that I don’t want her to see. My water bill and hers don’t ever come to ethier box. It gets returned each month to the water company they have to call me and tell me the bill got returned. If you go to purchase something you have to have the correct change or something lower than a twenty or they will send you away. They are the most lasiest and rudest people I ever delt with. Is there something we can do about that place and the people that work there? I’m sure I’m not the only one that has problems with that place.

1,000 dollars in American Eagle clothes place in mail box all over package with a mail box 24' by 24' box yet this is second package threw in yard and neighbors dogs chewed up all stuff. All ruined.

you can tell your friends at the Russellville TN UPS that their surepost is about to itch. I have never been this disappointed . Package has apparently either been sitting at their facility since midnight the 2nd or it was stolen and then reshipped. at any rate original order date 12-26 and arrival says today at amazon but the 6th or 7th at ups. A chirstmas present with no microsd and slow shipping took it forever. to anyone expecting surepost through russelville you will be disappointed

Was in today at 2:30 pm. 2/22 A gentleman with a northeastern accent refused to give me a receipt for my package that I was mailing USPS priority. When I asked for a receipt he repeatedly said you just need to take a picture of the package. I then asked for the package back and he didn't want to give it back until I demanded it back. I ship a great deal of inventory and I will never use this post office again. Blaine will forever be my post office of choice.

I needed to pick up a large package that would not fit in my P. O. box after closing hours. The Postmaster was more than glad to put it in a key access locker. That's caring about your customers needs & how you can best help them spend more time with family & less time rushing around to make it there before closing or using up a Saturday to try to squeeze it into your already hectic schedule. Way to go!
