This is the worst Shell station in the East. The pumps rarely give receipts, making you have to go inside and wait in line to get one; completely ruining the pay at pump concept. I cannot count how many times the various card readers have malfunctioned, causing you to have to relocate the vehicle. I've been infuriated so many times, I've left and went down the road for fuel, losing my discount. I truly wish someone with good business principles would purchase it and run the current owner to somewhere like California or some other country.

Stopped here on a Friday evening.After leaving Morristown & crossing the bridge heading home. This Location is 2nd gas station on the right. conveniently located in Grainger County & right off the highway. Clean store. Will stop there againIf I'm ever that way again.
