Best launch point for kayaks to get to Fancher Falls (5 miles round trip). The lighthouse restaurant is a hidden gem with friendly staff. The catfish (fried or broiled) is tasty. The home grown tomatoes are a nice touch. We did our trip on a Friday in mid August and it was not crowded.

Handy port/marina to launch, grab a bite to eat or restock. Close to Falls.

From Cookeville Boat Dock
Cookeville Boat Dock has been owned and operated by the same family on Center Hill Lake for over 50 years! The Lighthouse Restaurant is open seasonally, please call for hours. The store is open daily from March until late Novermber for boat rental, snacks, fuel, souvenirs, boating and watersports equipment.
