Horrible customer service. Waited 6 weeks for and order that was supposed to ship in 4 days. The order kept getting pushed back, now they just canceled the order all together without even calling or giving and explanation. Would not recommend to anyone. Will never order through here again.

Horrible customer service. I have been actively waiting for my order since July 15th. Lead time is listed as 4 to 7 days. This order is being used for a fundraiser. I was told that my order shipped on Monday. On Thursday I called because I have not heard a thing about tracking and I was informed that my order did not in fact ship and that it will not ship for at least a week and a half. I was over promised and under delivered. This is my first experience with this company and sadly probably my last.

I got 3 brackets from the Maggie collection. After two times of wearing the two I got for myself, the color is chipping off and the elastic is already breaking. I do not recommend these. The company won’t even message me back about it.
