I could not believe it when Skylar quoted me 149.95 for an oil change and tire rotation! In Sept., 2022 it cost me 69.95! How in the world could it have gone up that much in just 5 months? I have been going to Wolfchase since I purchased my 2012 CRV. I always trusted Lea Lawrence when she worked there! Honesty and integrity walked out the door when she left! I cannot go back to Wolfchase Honda! No way!

Brought my CRV in for service Busy Saturday morning but quickly got in Waiting area has free coffee and a person pushing around a cart with free snacks Several TVs help to keep from boredom lol

I brought my car in to to have my spare tire put on because it went flat. I pulled in and they acted like they didn't understand my requests. To make things worse my car has an aftermarket exhaust system on it and I could hear them reviving it from the lobby. This was very un professional. Other than that they put my spare on pretty quickly.

Vehicle shopping is headache within itself... the car salesman had his hands tied thought I found the vehicle i wanted, but the Honda finance folks tried to get over once they found out we were not financing and paying cash. They put 3.8 percent on top of what they already had for taxes and changed the listing price. We were like nope. I moved on to the next dealership.
