I love it here. Great deals, every time I go to the store there is great customer service near the pharmacy.

If you are gonna go to the trouble of checking receipts be like your competitors and check everyone's. Also your person that checks these receipts needs to acknowledge the person you like hello or good afternoon etc etc.

I did a curbside pick up at the Walmart on hwy 64, the AA male with the dreads bought my order out an I spelled bleach, I address the concern to him his response was it just sprayed not once did he take the item back in after I told him he was supposed too , so when I got home the entire nozzle was broken off an it all had spilled out

The customer service in this place is very hit or miss. I love curbside pickup, but that concept is a joke at this location. I usually sit in the car and wait longer than it would take me to go inside and just pick up the stuff myself. One time there was a delay in getting my order ready and then sent me a text to pick it up about 5 minutes before the pickup department closed, and no one in the store could retrieve my order for me, so I ended up shopping in store and canceling the online order. I only shop here if it's super early or late and Target isn't open, or Target doesn't have what I'm looking for in stock. Otherwise, it's more worth it to go to target and avoid the frustration.I'll give them 1 star for operating hours and 1 star for cleanliness.

The location on Stage Rd in Bartlett, TN has a great staff in the automotive department from the technicians to the clerks at check in. They handled my vehicle with care and did exactly what I asked them. I appreciate how professional they took care of everything. I noticed there were alot of rude customers there when I came. The represenatives still maintained a professional demeanor regardless of the negativity. I just wanted to commend them for their great staff in the automotive department. Keep up the good work!!!

This used to be an OK Walmart before the remodel.Absolutely hate the new layout and I simply cannot find the things I used to come in for. The new layout is frustrating to say the least and makes little sense. At least they had the money to spend on remodeling instead of hiring more staff (sarcasm). I hate the self checkout machines - they do not make my life more convenient Walmart. You have actually succeeded in making me spend LESS money in your store with this redesign.

I have been a faithful customer of Walmart for decades. I used to buy all of my cars tires there until they lied to me about their service. I had gone in to purchase 2 tires, much as I had for years. I had a flat in my trunk that I also wanted repaired under their road hazard policy. It took an unusually long time to get my two tires and flat done, but hey we're not THAT busy and my tech was taking his own sweet time. The two tires went on the back, of course, but then I noticed something strange. The tech was removing my rider side tire in the front. I asked the clerk what he was doing and she did not know. When he was supposedly done, he told ME to drive the car out of the bay, his was an insurance policy AND safety violation according to their posted signage. I asked the tech if he was done. He nodded and motioned me out of the bay. I thought to myself this was strange and decided to check my trunk when I drove around front. The tech had lied to me, the flat was still flat. I immediately drove back around but was told I would have to wait until the next person was done. I said, "You haven't finished what you were to do for me yet". I was refused any spot. I asked for the department manager, his name is Ronzy, but he would not budge either, so I asked for the store manager, and Ronzy said, " You're speaking to him". I corrected him, saying, "No, you are the department manager, I want the store manager. Shortly another person showed up. She had a pin on her lapel that said Coach. I explained the situation and she looked at me and asked, "Did you drive the car out of the bay?" I replied I did because I was told to. She would not help me. She was supposed to be a customer service coach, but knew as much about customer service as she did about nuclear physics. I assure you, she knows NOTHING about nuclear physics. I contacted the manager, or at least the one filling in for him, but he would do nothing about it. I explained their breach of company policy and the lie I was told, but to no avail. I finally got a hold of the regular store manager but he could do nothing himself.I finally went to DISCOUNT TIRES and they took care of me. I decided to buy my two other tires from them. When they ordered my 50,000 mile tires, they were delayed by a week it turns out they had been put back in stock. When they reordered them, someone there sold them out from under me. The manager was very apologetic and authorized the tech to take my two Walmart tires, upgrade me from a 50,000 to an 80,000 mile tires and give four tires for a couple of dollars more than the two from Walmart. THAT is first class service. DO NOT go to Walmart for tires, go to Discount Tires, they are not too much more and understsnd how to treat a customer. I told the store manager they needed to send their employees to Discount Tires to learn customers service.I gave Walmart 1 star, only because, I could not write this review without doing so. They do not deserve even 1 star.

Too crowded and where you should be able to find things according to the app once you get in the store is not correct. This would not be my first choice for a Walmart in Memphis again.

Quite possibly the worst Walmart I've ever visited. Confusing layout, staff are incredibly rude, and never have keys to cases. If I never return to this god forsaken town and store it will be too soon

Well, It Is Walmart. . .This is my third time using Curbside Pickup at Walmart Supercenter at 8400 US-64, Bartlett, TN 38133. Two of the three times I have used curbside pickup at this Walmart they have left items out that I have been charged for. This happened again on September 22, 2023. I was charged for three items I didn't receive. I was told by the young man who brought the other items to my car that they were out of the items, which was fine since I chose no substitutions, but I expected for the price to be adjusted for the items I didn't receive. I went into the store to shop for dairy items that I preferred to choose for myself, and I found both items on the shelf that the young man who brought the items to my car said were sold out. The Walmart employees are simply too lazy to look for all the items in an order and just tell you when you ask that they are sold out. They are also too lazy to make sure that all the items you ordered are actually in the bags they bring to your car. The quality of curbside pickup at this Walmart is terrible. Calling their service amateurish would be giving them too much credit. The people who bring the items to your car walk slowly back and forth into and out of the store. What should be a five minute wait becomes 15 minutes. There is a Target store just two blocks further down at The Market at Wolfcreek at 7989 US-64, Memphis, TN. I have used their curbside pickup and also their pickup inside the store and both are excellent. Do yourself a favor and just go to Target. They know how to provide a professional curbside pickup service experience.

We purchased some gifts and needed gift receipts. Of course we had to go to self checkout, that's all that was open. We checked the 2 items we needed gift receipts for and hit pay and then when we hit print receipts, no gift receipts. We asked the lady in the self check out area to help us and she said she couldn't. We went to customer service and she said if no one was behind us , she could of helped. She could of because we were standing there right after we purchased it .

This Walmart is the absolute worst of its kind. The shelves are in varying states of disarray so it's difficult to even justify calling their selection poor as the item you're after may just be in the wrong aisle or area. Customer service is literally the worst I've seen in any Walmart. Feel free to read that sentence again. I requested an associate to open an item in a locked case. Four separate employees refused. Their reasons being "I'm new, I don't know how it works" to simply saying "that's crazy" and walking away. I approached a "manager" who assured me someone would be along to assist. At the ten minute mark, I revisited said manager who then begrudgingly walked me over to open the case. More than forty minutes after I originally requested the item from the locked case, I was in a line for self-service checkout that didn't progress for several minutes. I handed my items to an associate and told them I didn't need them anymore and drove four minutes to Target instead. This is anecdotal, obviously, but not far off from every other experience I've had here. Avoid this location.

It’s time for me to air this to the world. If you’re looking for something specific do not come here, the website says it’s available and it won’t be, the website says to go to a certain aisle and that aisle won’t have what you’re looking for at all. It’s the worst ran Walmart I’ve ever seen.
