This has became on of the worst pharmacy in Memphis. The best shift is the night shift they actually care. It one lady with a accent who I don't think is from the USA. SHE IS SO RUDE.. SHE IS ALWAYS RUSHING YOU AND SHE NEVER WANTS TO SAY HER NAME IT ALWAYS WHAT DO YOU NEED .SHE LOUD AND HONESTLY SHE IS GHETTO GO TO THE NIGHT SHIFT THEY ARE SO SWEET AND MOVE FAST

It would be nice if anyone in the pharmacy actually cared about doing their job. I’ve been trying to get the same medication for months, but because no one in this pharmacy will do their job and just wants me to do it for them, I can’t. I’ve told them that I can’t. My insurance company doesn’t recognize me as the pharmacy. They need to do their job on their end. Make it make sense.

Made appointment for COVID vaccine. Arrived early and no communication for quite some time. Told to move to another chair away from the counter while she helped 5 people that came in after me. She did not apologize for delay even though another staff member reminded her I was waiting. She was rude! I will not go back there.

This location pharmacy has to be one of the worst locations. I don’t care if it’s only one other car in line, you will still wait in line for a hour. I swear every time I leave I’m frustrated and mad. Because why does it take so long to hand out medication.

Very rude customer service from the pharmacy. After I sat in line for over an hour they asked me to come in. I came in waited another 20 mins just to not be able to get my prescription. I left and had all my prescriptions and my children transferred to CVS. I will never spend another cent with Walgreens.

You can have one employee be rude, bothered, frustrated or whatever and you can lose a loyal customer. Everybody has a bad day but that bad day should not be evident to customers. Take a break. Work in the back. Go home. Slow your breathing. Find a new job. Something. You are not getting paid to make me feel like an inconvenience. My first and last impression of this one employee wasn't a good one at all. You need a pharmacist that cares. They are out there. Not here. But somewhere.

The pharmacists are rude. It takes forever for them to fill a prescription. Avoid them if possible, it'll save you 3 hours or so of your time.

Very POOR customer service and very snappy. Needed medicine after getting 4 wisdom teeth pulled. They filled 3/4 prescriptions, told me it was ready, and informed me when I returned to pick up that they couldn’t one of them because they were out of stock. Will never be going back to this location.

I went to the pharmacy tonight 12/27/22 because I neeeded a pack of insulin syringes. I’m from Nashville they didn’t have any info about me on file. The tech was nice but he goes over to the pharmacist and she is leaning on the counter on her phone and proceeds to interrogate me in front of everyone and refuses to sell me a pack of syringes. I told them the exact kind I need. She was really rude , short and mean. She has this crazy lazy eye thing going on too. I was completely embarrassed and made to feel ashamed. I ended up having to reuse the syringe I had so I wouldn’t go into diabetic ketoacedosis. I’ve never had this issue in Nashville. The pharmacies generally don’t even ask questions. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague!
