I visited today around 3:40 PM, and the post office staff was incredibly kind. They were the most friendly I’ve encountered at any post office. I want to thank him again. I’ll definitely come here from now on!

Very bad customer service, I sent a package that arrived at that location and they have had it for two weeks and apparently they have not delivered it because it weighs too much and it only weighs 50 pounds. Super disappointed, I am not only with that location, yes, Novon USPS should look for it. better workers because they are playing with people's money sending that package cost me $120

I was very disappointed with this post office today when I went in at 4:18 and tried to purchase stamps. They had already turned the lights off, locked up, and refused to serve me because they close at 4:30. 4:18 and 4:30 are not the same and 12 minutes should be plenty of time to buy some stamps. I’m sure they have closing duties and I understand but it should not impose on them serving customers up until the posted closing time:

Ms. Barbara is an absolute gem! Phenomenal customer service. Her level of anticipation for addressing customers needs is beyond what you would expect from a seasoned postal worker. Ms. Barbara seemed almost telepathic. She helped everyone who walked through her doors with exactly what they needed. Many did not know before arriving at the post office how they would accomplish the task they set out for, but Ms. Barbara gracefully assisted all of us. This will be my preferred post office for my remaining time in Memphis.

DONT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH IMPORTANT MAIL. i was told by a boy working here that they don’t give receipts at this location. how am i supposed to feel safe sending off important mail without a receipt? i went down the street to a different post office and got what i needed.

I've been using this post office for years. I love this post office. The staff has changed a couple of times but everyone has always been friendly and willing to help me out with questions. The current staff is no exception. Always a great experience!

I love visiting this post office! The Clerk Justin is always helpful whenever I come in. I haven’t seen him in a while but I hope he still works there.

The new employees here are so rude. I miss the old staff that was pleasant and didn’t close prior to posted closed hours; I’d drive out of my way to go to that one. The young man working there is so incredibly rude.

I have dealt with the young “man” in the front acting as if he didn’t fill out a job application there before, but today, I asked for help finding out the price of shipping my pre-owned wedding gown to a customer who lives about 500 miles away and he simply said “you don’t have the money to pay for it?” Instead of understanding that I am not shipping a dress to a customer unless I have payment first. He acted as if every customer in the post office was an inconvenience to him. I’m tired of having unpleasant experiences every single time I go because of this man child. Find someone who can be friendly, please.

That’s a place that if you are (Latin) or from another country,Be prepare for the things a specific person that works there going to say to you, i understand people some times Not in the mood, but come on, if you Not like to treat people from other pleaces, just don’t work that kind of jobs.????????
