“I bought a white 2011 Toyota Corolla le from this lot on March 15 and it was an amazing purchase! The men at this lot are HONEST businessmen. They wil allow you to drive the car to your mechanic to check it out or your mechanic can come to the lot with you to check it out. During the test drive, they didn’t ride with us, we were allowed to fully check the car out while making a decision on purchasing it. I love how honest they are and how they don’t rush you into decision making.l as other lots may do. Just think of the top service you can give someone and know that these guys here match it. “I visited Pull-A-Part after searching their website where I found a complete inventory of wrecked vehicles on their lot. (No more wandering aimlessly around a salvage yard to find a wreck.) The website gives you the ability to find a particular make/model/year along with photos, details of the vehicle and specific location on their huge lot. You can literally walk onto the lot and go straight to your vehicle of interest. To say that I was impressed would be putting it mildly! I found my wrecked Honda Odyssey, removed the parts that I needed, carried them to Check-out and was gone shortly thereafter. A very easy and inexpensive process for finding used car parts. If only the lot was air-conditioned, it would be perfect!”

I bought a car from buggs buggys a few years ago and I've had minor issues with the car that got fixed but the car lasted quite a long time, I needed a new car,l (minivan to be exact) and I came to the lot February 2024 and they had 1 and it was in my budget. I was so relieved and happy because I couldn't find a minivan in my price range anywhere else in town. I highly recommend this place for affordable cars”

“Awesome customer service by Service Manager Jerry Becker. We had been experiencing several similar "loss of acceleration" issues with our 2021 Infiniti QX50. The car's computer would put it in limp mode to protect the engine. Unfortunately, these occurred on a cross-country trip this past June. The Infiniti Dealer in Springfield thought they had it fixed but it continued to do it over and over. I called Mr. Becker one day and asked if he would be willing to take a look at our car. He wholeheartedly agreed and had it repaired on day one. The issue has yet to resurface, and we are overjoyed with the outstanding customer service that Mr. Becker and his team has done for us. I have asked them to keep the car a couple of weeks and drive it daily to make sure it stays running fine as we live about 3 hours away. He agreed and we are very happy Infiniti owners. I would HIGHLY recommend this service center for all your service needs. Great, friendly and very personable staff, very professional and accommodating to us. Thank you Mr. Becker and also a special thank you to the mechanic that so quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We love you guys and may God bless you all.”
