Great class, clean environment, and an awesome staff. Eric, the owner, is super friendly and is super encouraging. I felt welcome and was not intimidated being a total stranger. Highly recommend!

Went today with a friend and the instructors were very encouraging! Loved how I was able to go at my own pace!!! Taking the hubby back with me next time!!!

The best thing I could have done for myself was joining this gym. I didn't think I was going to like it because I was use to the typical gym (treadmill, bike, weights). At Urban fitness the classes are fun, motivating, and it make accountable for improving! I love it!

I was unsure of my ability to handle kickboxing but the classes are full of diverse levels of abilities. The coaches are patient with the beginners like me and push the people who they know are capable. I too found them through Groupon and have since become a member. They have classes scheduled through the day and make it convenient for most work schedules to attend. Having a great atmosphere is a bonus!

I was on the lookout for a close drive, fun and challenging place to train so I stumbled upon this awesome place! Facility was clean, the class started at 8:30 sharp, from the warm up- kickboxing combination until the stretching- it was an amazing experience! Owner/ trainer Eric was super supportive and made the whole experience very fun and at the end of the class I was drenched, underneath me was a puddle of sweat and I knew this was a winner! I worked hard and got a good sweat! I will be signing up and a regular here'
