The customer service is not good and borderline suspect. I work with a vendor who uses UPS Overnight Next Day Air for its shipping service so I am here a couple of times a week. I use other shipping services so I was used to getting an envelope or box included in the pricing for Next Day Air.The problem arose after I was told I had to purchase packaging and when asked if it was included, I was told no. So repeatedly using them I have bought packing boxes until the other day another staff member told me it was included.I was in this member lines for the next 2-3 trips with no problem. Changed to one of the old staffers after again back to being told I have to pay for packaging with Overnight air.Yesterday, I went to the store and asked if they could print off the label. I was told the store email to send it to and it would be $2.75 for the label. I left there and went across the street and printed the label myself for $.20 and bought packaging for $.99 instead of 2.60. Got back and was told the packaging wouldn’t hold a label through the conveyor system and I had to buy a box from them.Does Overnight Air include a box or envelope???? Please answer. I will video my transaction next trip and rate accordinglyUpdate:Went there today and was told I had to spend $4 on a shipping box. I was told that they only give envelopes with Overnight Air and none would fit my shipment of samples. (Wallet there only for scale)

The most important reason for this rating is because Bob I needed something Notarized he was very professional had great manors this is not heard of nowadays people don’t care about people he is a exceptionally a great employee.

I came here to ship some ATT hardware back to them and the women working the counter was do busy texting her friends on her phone that she kept forgetting what she was supposed to do and would just leave me standing there while she texted right in front of me instead of working on our transition. Terrible customer service.

Horrible place to do business with the associates have rude attitudes they charge for every little thing a piece of tape for a box is $1 a strip when you can pay $1.25 for a entire roll at dollar tree the lines are always long and out the door with 4-5 employees on duty I also went to purchase some business cards and I waited for two weeks waiting for the owner to return back to work due to him not cross training other employees on how to do business cards and when he did return back to work he had no interest in doing my business cards along with another gentleman in the store wanting to know why he had been waiting over a month for he’s so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait and try again so now 2 months had went by and every time I went to see if they were ready my form was still in the slot never touched so I assume he only do certain ppl cards that he deals with such a horrible place to do business with so I went to another UPS did my order over the phone and picked my cards up in 2 days if I could give them a 0 that is exactly what they will get and the owner always has a attitude as well so guess what you don’t have to leave a comment on my review just learn your customer service skills

I like this UPS location , but please be careful with amazon returns here, especially the "no box and no label ones".. This UPS didn't ship a package correctly twice and amazon couldn't find my package when it shipped back to them. Now amazon thinks that I am not returning items properly.Make sure you also keep your receipt as well. PLEASE!

I had a problem getting a return label printed. The gentleman here was so helpful, patient and cheerful. He got things straightened out for me in a timely manner. Store was very busy but this man's attitude was very nice. I got my label and could conclude my business. Thanks!!!

I would not recommend this particular store to anyone. I brought in a package to ship. The clerk placed a piece of tape along the middle of the box. I asked if she could tape both sides as well & she told me that they are only allowed to use one piece of their tape per box. I was told that I could purchase a roll of tape. I was worried that the small loose parts in the box would fall out so I had to buy a whole role of tape although my box wasn’t that big. What a way to treat a client. I would give zero stars if I could.

Do not make transactions here! I sent an important document and paid for a next day delivery worth $60 and the recepient did not receive the document where in the tracking said it was delivered already. No proof of delivery or even a photo of it getting delivered. I double checked the address and called customer service 5 times for 5 days and they just said they will make a note and update. I was asking where exactly is my document and the csr kept saying they do not know. They dont even call you or the recepient for any update. The money that I spent was not even refunded or they dont even reach out to you that they will refund the amount. Its very frustrating. Uncompetitive and lack of knowledge from the customer service rep too.

Unfortunately this is not a solutions focused location. Manager preferred to wave responsibility as a UPS franchise and refused to do anything but utilize my personal phone to call the UPS and then hand the phone back to me to actually handle the issue.
