I was recently in and observed a call come thru the business phone; mind you I'm in no rush, but guy at the counter took the call stepping away.Cool handle your business, but what I noticed how short and dismissive to the customer he was to get back to me . There were 2 clerks mind you. But what got me was the guy tells me he could be make money on his phone and to hurry people out as quick. No good home Boi, if want to look around I will.I got friends that have owned their own tobacco store. Come on....Sorry Not Sorry, Never coming back to this one. ✌

The guy in there is definitely trying to make things better. The glass collection is getting better, and the price for things are reasonable.

I've been coming to the store for 6 years. I got everything that I needed for my vape. Until about the past year the only thing I get there now is my one up product that I smoke. For some reason they're the only place in Memphis that can carry this product. Otherwise I can't get anything I need such as coils, glass, tanks ,batteries ...

I purchased a $100 vape from tobacco & vape because the clerk said it was their best. It didn’t come with a battery which I thought was odd and he said “if you put a battery in it and it doesn’t work just bring it back and we’ll make it work” that was 25 days ago. I was never allowed to talk to the”owner” which is the only one who can do anything other than apologize. I dropped it back off and was told the “owner” was going to look at it. After not hearing anything for 10 days I picked it back up and the prognosis was “ it’s the battery”. I’ve tried 2 of the same batteries it calls for from batteries plus and same result. The vape turns on but cuts off when I hit the button. The company they told me to contact for warranty doesn’t answer either so I’m stuck with something that doesn’t work AT ALL and they say “Sorry”. Bad business practice in my opinion. I’ll never shop there again.

One of the best and my new favorite vape shop! It's closer to my home also the people here are super helpful and knowledgeable. Also they are definitely great at explaining and talking. They aren't the vape shop that near closing time the employees just want you to leave and act like it instead they may want you to but you feel very welcomed any time you enter the store.

Came to the tobacco of vape shop here in Bartlett by the Bartlett 10 Cinema mask mandate has been lifted as of Wednesday mask is recommended but not required I go in guy asked me to put a mask on I said no because the mandate was lifted and ask her not required then he proceeds to ask me for my shot record for my covid vaccine and I said no that's a violation of my rights then he told me to go outside and wait so I went outside to wait then I pulled up where the health department is said that masks are not required but are recommended dude specifically then told me to leave I asked for the store manager he told me he was to store manager and proceeded to just go off without even trying to talk or anything before I give you ask for the owner's phone number worst experience ever will never come back to this place again
