I’ve went to the store a total of three times. The first time a large man with a beard completely ignored my existence even when I said hello. The second time a lady was there and it was pleasant she made me feel like a customer and was willing to help with any questions and let me know to follow them on social media for any new items like a true business associate. Then the third time it was the same guy and he seems like he’s was bothered that someone walked in to shop. I wish this could be my spot but I hate the feeling being a bother even though I’m willing to spend money. I would recommend others to find a different retro shop or purchase online unless things change.

Great selection of classic games and consoles. They are able to do repairs, offer great value for trade ins too. Overall an excellent classic gaming store.

Shopped here a few times with my brother before he passed away. Staff was always friendly and the store was always nice and had a great stock of games.

Picked up some nice 3ds titles recently got sticker star mario and even a old school walkthrough for the game. Staff was awesome and informative. No complaints. Will return to pick up more awesome old school games!

Not friendly people anti social over priced games and consoles they say they test the games and consoles not true some times don't work ebay games and consoles have been tested they show videos that the games and consoles work they only care about the money shop on ebay so much cheaper

Bought a 3ds and Fire Emblem Awakening from these cats. It was a bargain to boot! They have sick t shirts. Get 4. They’re comfy and stylish. People respect you when you wear the shirt. They say “you have good taste in video game stores, I respect you.” Then you do the Carl Weathers - Arnold handshake thing, and everyone laughs and goes back to ordering their turkey sandwich or whatever. 10/10 would purchase again.

Repairs can sometimes take a while, but the staff is really knowledgeable, and they have a good selection of rare and hard to find games.
Edited to add: Disc Connection has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I bring my kids (13 and 9) in with me often, and they always have a great experience.

Ignore the string of recent review bombings by a salty competitor sending his braindead minions out to give 1 star reviews to a place they have never even been to.
This shop is legit. They post constantly on their social media, updating customers on new arrivals and promotions. They are on point with keeping folks in the know!

Nice staff and fair prices. Only downside is they’re pretty popular so you need to get there early after they post new inventory or you’ll miss out.

I've only been here a handful of times but every time I hit that door, I'm greeted with a smile, offered help and helpful advice on games, and even if I don't find what I'm looking for... I leave with a smile.
