Requested style: Simple relayering & shaping. Told not to cut real short. Good thing she didn't grab the shears!
Stylist: Mary cut my hair. After telling her I did not want a real short hair cut, just minimal relayering and shaping, she did not listen to what my wants were. She did exactly what she wanted with all her expert training and skills. (?) Well I ended up with my hair looking like a man cut. It will take weeks to grow out enough to have another cut. BUT not with her. The previous staff were all good, these new people are questionable.Why can't SuperCuts do better with their stylists??

If you walk in, they'll decline you saying they're impossibly busy. Go to the parking lot and set an appointment using the app, and suddenly they're free all day. Even then, if this person is there, they'll just call and cancel the appointment anyway. It's always the same person that turns me away every single time. If she isn't there, I'm allowed to be seen.

Stylist: Gabby is absolutely a great hairdresser. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. My grandson will only go to Gabby. Highly recommend!!

Not a pleasant experience. I had made a reservation and arrived on time. However, due to a limited number of stilyst, I was not taken care on-time. Initially, I was not provided reasons for the delay which made me feel uncomfortable.
Added after feedback from owner: Owner reached out to me after the fact and explained the situation that day and took responsibility for the bad experience and assured me that steps are being taken to improve customer service in the future.

I walked in with my family and was met with a lady that was so unpleasant. She was so rude, don't know her name but tons of tattoos. I don't understand why you are in a customer service position and can't show an ounce of politeness. As she was scheduling our appointments my son mentioned he liked her tattoo and called the name of the character wrong and she corrected him on the name which is fine to do but her delivery was mean! Every single word out of her mouth was rude. Will never return here.

My mom visited 3 weeks ago and had an appointment for 1:00. The stylist, Gabby, had a friend walk in the door and “squeezed” her in. My mom was finally seen at 2:30. In desperate need for a cut, she stayed. To add insult to injury, the cut she wanted was not done properly. She just was so done being there! I have just heard of this and was not going to let it go. I know that today in our society customer service has gone out the window, but when my 76 year old mother sits and waits 1 1/2 hours for a crappy haircut, it’s unacceptable!!

I specifically come here for Kairi (Lacee) because she so good at what she does. She has always listened to what I'm looking for and respected my wishes. Likewise, if I'm looking for inspiration she is full of good ideas. I appreciate her kindness, too. I see how she treats all her clients with that same care and consideration and she does me. I like this location as a whole and I haven't had a bad experience other than long wait times one or two times. Several of the women on staff here have cut my hair and it's always a good experience but to be honest I'll go out of my way to make sure it's Kairi who cuts my hair!

I got my haircut exactly like I asked. Friendly attentiveness and service, great atmosphere. Wonderful staff. After I moved from Mississippi to Bartlett, Toy and the other ladies helped me realize to leave the Mancave in Southaven forever!! Y’all know me, Joey!! Ms. Toy was amazing. I’m African African and was very nervous about getting my haircut here. It was an amazing experience. The staff is super friendly. I highly recommend Ms. Toy!
