My husband came here just for a shape up and taper...The Mexican lady( Luz) that sits on the right at the end is RUDE AS HELL..She is the one who cut his hair...Let me start..She asked do you want it with the scissors or the clippers we told her with the scissors...She asked where do you normally go and get your hair cut...His response was here...And then she asked who cuts your hair..He told her you cut it before but you messed it up...She then say why would you come back if I messed it up..He said because it's more than just you work here to cut my hair...She started to cut his hair with the scissors....She put the scissors down and grabbed the clippers as if she was tapering his hair...This lady put the clippers close to his head and went from the back of his head to the top...Now the damage is done...I stated to my husband didn't you ask her to use scissors instead...This lady tried to talk to me like I was crazy...She told me it's all the same...I said no it's not...If you don't have no guards on those clippers you're going to cut low and with scissors you can grab between your fingers and see how much to take off...This lady went back and forth with us the entire time with that SMART mouth after you done messed my husband head up...She even told him you shouldn't come back here if you're unhappy...Very disrespectful..She stopped cutting his hair and said now what...He told her ma'am you're not done with my head..So she proceeds to try an fix what she messed up..I will be showing this whole interaction with my attorney...Did you tell to go else where because we are black
Ps...The person hair she cut before my husband was still all over the floor and around the chair...There was no way of stepping around it without stepping in it...Just awful that you have to track hair into your vehicle..When it should've been cleaned up before he went back there

When I walked into that establishment and they were about to close in 10 minutes the cashier or whoever was at the front desk told me they were closing and I told her the open sign was on in all I needed was a basic haircut when I tell you she messed my head up she have my hair jacked up cut my hair in less than 5 minute they still had about 7 minutes left on the clock before they were closing after she had messed my head up she asked me was I going to leave a tip
