I went in for a trade. The salesman was very professional, compassionate, and helpful. If not for him and his hard work, I would’ve definitely walked away and purchased a vehicle somewhere else. I was least satisfied with the person in finance who added an extended warranty that I really didn’t need to boost up the sales amount after he had already pressed me to accept a vehicle I didn’t want because “he could get more for because of the color”. I spent an unnecessary day, having to come back to still get what I asked for the night before o my because I was willing to go elsewhere and I voiced as much. Now, I have to call and cancel the warranty but it still will not change how much the car was financed for. When I have bought a new car in the past, the lenders were disclosed along with their rate. Then I chose who I wanted from the options. That didn’t happen this time and I didn’t care for that part either. I really wanted to like the experience, I just didn’t. After two years of paying on this one, I’m definitely going elsewhere for my next purchase. I just hope I have no issues with this one no matter how stunning it is. The sales people are excellent, the finance guy though…

I had my car towed to this dealership for repair on July 12, 2004 for repair because it would not start. I waited over a week to get an update, which never came. I called and left message after message, but unfortunately no one ever returned my calls.
I physically visited the dealership and spoke with Phillip and he gave me an update on the status of my car. He vaguely explained what was happening with my car. I patiently waited and 2 weeks later I received an update about the status of my car. I advised Phillip to have the technician to go ahead and repair my car.
Another work passes and I don't receive an update on the status of my car. I called Phillip again to get an update and he vaguely informs me again of what is going on with my car. Another week passes and I receive a call that car is ready to be picked up. This is August 9, 2024.
I arrive to pick my car up on August 10, 2024 and I immediately notices gashes on my front bumper that were not there when I had it towed in. I spoke with Andy (if I remember his name correctly) and he advised me that he would advise the manger Paul Baggett of my complaint. I showed him the video of my car the day I had it towed and there was no damage to my bumper. I attempted to call the manager (Paul Baggett) a few days after I picked my car up and I left messages for an entire week, hoping that someone would return my call to advise me how I need to get these scratches repaired.
Fast forward until August 21, 2024. I have emailed Mr. Baggett, but I have still have not gotten a resolution or a response, so my next action is to file a Small Claims Complaint to get my car fixed. I'm saddened, because I have recommended Sunrise to many if my friends (who have made purchases).
I have purchased two cars from Sunrise and I'm in the market to purchase a Denali. Needless to say, Sunrise Wolfchase WILL NOT be the place I purchase it from. I'm disgusted at the lack of customer service and lack of communication from the staff. I'm a business owner, so I understand the importance of great customer service and communication. Not once was I rude and I was so hopeful that this issue would be taken care of without the need to leave a negative review. I will not send a follow up email to Mr. Baggett, because I have been more than patient. I'm completely disappointed with the service (or lack of) that I have received. I am not "that" person who thrives off making negative reviews online and in order for me to leave a negative review, my experience has to have been egregious. The lack of customer service I have received is ridiculous.

My alternator broke down after two weeks! They didn't want to give me another car. They were mad I found out. God is not pleased with these people. They fix it with used parts. Put a used alternator in a New car.

Went for an airbag recall both needed replacing but they only replaced the passenger side, said the Driver side is discontinued but I had to pay $90 out of pocket and the airbag light is still on. I’m still trying to make sense of it…..
