I give 3 STARS due to my mixed opinions of this place.
POSITIVES: The exterior car wash and interior cleaning/detailing was very good and professionally done…the technicians do very good work and work hard in this Memphis hot humid climate cleaning the car. I had a lot of dog hair all over the upholstery of my SUV from my dogs shedding in the car due to taking my dogs to the veterinarian…the technicians did a very good job cleaning and removing the dog hair and the car looked and smelled new inside after service! Very nice job!
NEGATIVES: This place is getting increasingly EXPENSIVE! The starting price of the services is very expensive for a car wash and cleaning…plus the technicians work mainly on tips…which I usually tip $20-$40 for all their hard work especially in the Memphis hot humid climate based on their good quality work and effort. The expensive service price + expensive tip equals very expensive cost for service. I end up spending around $200 for service and tips for a thorough car cleaning…ouch, that’s expensive! They really encourage customers to become members of their membership plans and get a membership discount, but it’s still very expensive! For the expensive prices the customers are being charged, then all customers should expect nothing less than immaculate clean and pleasant professional elite quality customer service for these expensive prices each time! Customers should not complete business transaction until their car is cleaned up to immaculate standards/satisfaction based on these expensive high-end prices!
Even though they do a very good job, I think it’s more economical from cost savings to clean your car at home (at almost no cost) or hire a capable trustworthy contractor (or family member or friend of family) to do it for at least half the price.

They vacuum my truck good. I purchased the $35 wash and it was poorly done. Bugs on the grill and on my mirrors, I had to wipe my own dashboard.

They had to hand wash my vehicle because it would not go through the car wash. As it was too low when it came out, it did not look that good and the manager looked at it and wasn't pleased either. He told a young man named Isaac to take care of it and fix it. I'm here to tell you Isaac was all over my vehicle. He worked hard and it was hot outside. He did a fantastic job and saved my experience at the car wash. Thank you Isaac for doing the right thing. I will be back.

UPDATE: (original review below) The district/regional manager “Kirby” reached out to me and corrected the situation. Candice the store manager was also very hospitable and took care of the issue on-site. I came back on a busy Saturday morning and they got me in and out.
Original Review: It’s an underwhelming experience. I thought that my car would look showroom new for $50. lol… but the interior was barely cleaned. The matts were still dirty but it was a lesson learned. The freelance guys always do a better job. On another note: the kids are very nice. Probably need a little more training

Probably the worst place that you can go to get food. Refused to give proper change at the window Then when I got my food, half of it wasn’t even included. Paid the charge for large fries and didn’t get any!! Total ripoff. Asked for Two different type of sauces and only got one which is not either of the two I requested and paid for.
Asked to speak to the manager, and she was just as rude, nasty and uncaring as you could possibly believe.
Ended up throwing the food out and just a waste of time and money
Stay away.

Overall, nice job on leather interior and tires. But, the grill still had remnants of roadkill stuck in it! Overlooked and slightly disappointed.?

My cup holders still had crumbs in it I didn’t really get a chance to look over the car. It wasn’t even vacuumed good , and the shine on my tires was half done. I just tried to help out. I’m 66 and I can do better than this job today. That’s is too much money not to be happy with the service.

I was quoted 3 different prices and did not receive my full service, after paying in full. The employee quoted me the wrong price over the phone but I paid the higher price once I arrived. I got an interior detail which includes a wash. My car can not go through the machine, so the manager assured me that they would hand wash it. She even told the attendant (in front of me,) to hand wash it. Over an hour later, my car gets pulled up to the front and sits there for 15 minutes. I assume they’re going to wash it because it’s still visibly dirty. The manager tells me it’s ready. I mention that it has not been washed and she says it would be another $50 to hand wash it. Save your money and time and dont even bother.

I had my vehicle detailed to pick up clients. I had disposed of most of the trash on the floor and in doors. I was in a hurry to leave and make my appointment time so I didn’t notice until I got home (about 10 min away) that there was still bug splatter on my bumper and bird dropping residue on the back side of the mirror. After further investigation, I saw that the carry out cup was still in the back door holder and they didn’t vacuum underneath my floor mats. I didn’t have time to go back as I was pressed for time so I had to drag vacuum down to the garage and vacuum the car. I didn’t even try to scrapes the rest of the bugs off because I’m IN A SUIT in the Memphis heat! I was very disappointed as I see cars lined up on a regular basis so I figured you did good work.
On a good note, I asked them to vacuum the grass out of my trunk and they did.
