I was in store in Bartlett on 04/01/2025 about 2:30. These were the most helpful cheerful people from the people walking down aisles asking can we help you. 3 of the most helpful. The cashier in second checkout was so so helpful. I had 3 different orders and she smiled and helped keeping orders together and lastly Dedrick who saw me with 6 cases of water along with cases of juices and creamers. I am so grateful that he stopped me as I was leaving to say YOU need help, I am 76 and very independent but I was sure glad for him. I am sorry I did not get those other great peoples name.

STOP LETTING NON-PICKUP CUSTOMERS PARK IN PICKUP PARKING SPOTS. It literally defeat the purpose ! If you are handicap PARK IN HANDICAP. If you are shopping in the store PARK IN A OPEN SPACE. Why do i need to park in an open space to PICKUP my items . Start towing

Me and my mom had a pickup order from here and we usually have no problems but we got our pickup order and when home realized a bag of chips had a huge hole in the back along with our drumsticks being already opened and taped back closed and every single drumstick was very clearly repackaged and close back up with hot glue which was all over every single drumstick.

It was really easy getting off the interstate 40 and into Sam's to fill up our rv. Equally it was great to be able to get back out and on the 40 again.

Same racist Caucasian lady is at the front checking for Sam’s card ! Let all the Caucasian people go and ask the blacks for their cards ! It is insane & I stated next time I will record to have proof ! She do not need to be at the door period told the head manager hopefully he take care of this matter !
