I arrived 20 minutes before they closed their business, I checked before going and they said they closed at 7 pm and I arrived at 6:40 pm and the door is closed the lady was already counting her money and she didn't have the courtesy to say it's already closed because it was Obviously if they said that they were going to have problems... that's why I'm making it public so that their managers are aware of what's going on in their store and that it's very tiring to go and find it closed where it's supposed to be open

Before I can get my feet inside the store they're greeting me weclomely. They are so helpful, and the manager is the nicest person ever. They're very knowledgeable in the products in the store. I never have to wait a long time to be checked out their customer service is great.

Rude towards disabled people with service animals! Would never recommend anyone to this place unless you want discrimination.The lady yelled at me saying “are you blind” I replied no that my dog was a cardiac and psychiatric alert dog, she proceeded to still verbally attack me and threaten to call the cops on me for having my service dog with me, no he didn’t have a vest on but they are not legally required to have a vest, Sally’s beauty salon will treat you like trash if you have a service dog

DO NOT go to this Sally’s- extremely uneducated about service animals. The employees are asking for a lawsuit. Perhaps they should educate themselves on the ADA law.

Maybe you should educate your staff about the federal laws when it comes to service animals before the wrong one comes in and takes your jobs? Disgusting behavior ada.gov it’s not hard. I called to confirm they had Naturalicious products in stock after having a bad experience at the Sally's on Park. I spoke with the manager coincidentally and she confirmed they did have them in stock. She was very nice and helpful as was the lady who checked out my purchase.My experience here was night and day compared to the other store and I also felt comfortable.

Really rude customer service, will not come back to this store, EVER! I’ll stick to my regular location in Germantown. What need to be pointed out is that the lady that be in the front need to learn how to speak to customers, really rude like attitude , no type of customer service skills, it just made me feel uncomfortable like if she discriminated against me. If she doesn’t like to deal with people, she shouldn’t work around people. I have worked numerous years in Customer service and this is a bad image for Sally Beauty.I spend good money at Sally beauty and have always had a great experience, unfortunately not at this location on Stage Rd. If I could put a 0 I would!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sally is such an amazing store but Employees at this location make your trip to there a horrible experience. The Black lady at the store is always nice and helpful, yes she has days she’s all over the place but we all have those days. The White Girl is very very rude. I was unable to use my usual paying method and when I ask why she laughed and said “nope” and when I was making a transfer to pay with my old card she told me to “move because I have more customers” after she checked them out I went ahead and pay for my items. I was never greeted, offered a bag or nothing yet other customers were. When I asked for her name she said “***** why you want my name for “ and left me talking there. I understand not all the time the customer is right but I never treated them like they did today. Please don’t go to this location go to the one on wolfchase they are very friendly there.

I went in to look for a type of oil treatment and wasn't sure of which would be best for my hair type so I asked one of the associates who happened to be busy putting things away but she stopped on a beat to assist me.They put me first which really matters in today's world.I give them five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

It's Sally's. Okay supply over priced but I go there when I have questions. They are always nice and very helpful.
