“I bought a home in November 2023 and I used Marix Hughes as my real estate agent. I was referred to him by my boss, who also used him. She bragged on him, so I thought I'd give him a try. He was very kind and patient with me during the process! He even took me to one house twice even though I could not afford it. He also did research on the house and recommended that I not buy that particular one because of prior water damage. He was always there on time whenever I wanted to look at a house. When we found the right one for me....he followed me through the whole process! Marix is excellent at his job and makes you feel like you are his ONLY client! I don't have a brother, but if I did I'd want him to be just like Marix.....yes, he is that kind of guy! He even left me welcoming gifts on my porch for my move in date! Marix is a "one stop shop" in my opinion and I would recommend him to anyone proudly and with confidence, knowing he will treat them the same as he did myself and my boss! Simply put.....he's the BEST!!!”
