both rude and unprofessional dispatcher Nicholas. as a nurse my patient uses this service weekly. i attempted to contact one of the drivers as a medication fell out of my bag due the the heat it was imperative that I make sure this medication was not in the heat. from the beginning of the call I could tell it was not going to be good. I gave the dispatcher my credentials. told him who I was trying to contact. I even gave him my age "67" and told him I was married from the beginning of the call he treat me as if I were trying to "make a date with one of the employees " he wouldn't listen or take my message. He hung up on me. I called right back and got a laughlong female who was on that same page as Nicholas, She did at least take the message, gave my phone number to the employee and I received the medication today. this Nicholas was so rude he never even allowed me to complete what I was calling for putting out company issues that had nothing to do with me. Prime Care more training is needed with this guy Nicholas

If I could give this company zero I would. I have a complain about a recent experience with dispatch. The dispatcher was rude and dismissive about my family’s concerns and situation that left my Dad missing a critical appointment today. The dispatcher claims he’s a supervisor named Nicholas.I tried to explain to him that his language was inappropriate for the business setting. He hung up on me. Then when I called him back. He stated I needed to get past it. He would not allow me to express my family’s situation.

I live in another state outside of Washington, DC. I called to inquire about non-emergency ONE WAY transport of an elderly relative from a nursing home in McNairy County to one in Carroll County. Incredibly, they wanted over $300 which is absolute gouging. When I told the "manager" Nic, "If you don't mind me saying so seems like s ripoff" he hung up on me. Really professional. When I called back and asked why he hung up he said you called our service a ripoff. Sorry to hurt your delicate sensibilities but if you cannot handle criticism or questions from potential customers then you have no business working in this sector. Just to put their cost into perspective. I could take a luxury car from my home to the front doors of Dulles International Airport for $154. Half the price. They actually charge you mileage for their vans to return back--also a practice I have never seen in transportation. You're taking advantage of the elderly and people with disabilities. And if you don't like being called out for it grow some corporate ethics.

I called to inquire about a one way, non-emergency transportation for a family member from one nursing home to another for a distance of 54 miles.I was quoted over $300. Incredibly, unlike any other transport service I have used they charge you for the drive back? Imagine taking a one way Uber to the airport and being told you have to pay mileage for them to return home. When I indicated that price seemed excessive the manager, Nic hung up on me.You not only lost $300 but now you have generated a negative review.Very unprofessional.

I tried to set an transport for my mother's Dr appointment and was informed that they would not be able to service due to a prior technicality with another facility concerning equipment. It would have been great to have known about this BEFORE I tried to set up transport. I would have saved myself some time in not having to deal with rude management and misleading information..

I had been using Prime Care transport for quite some time, arranging transportation for patients in the Memphis area. Holly has always been very helpful in many regards, however a so called "operations manager" by the name of Jeremy has completely ruined this company's reputation. He was the most arrogant and unprofessional individual I had ever encountered in the field. In a nutshell, we had arranged wheelchair transportation for a disabled woman with several different underlying diagnoses. (It is important to note that this woman's life depends on her transportation to and from her specialty doctors' appointments). Transportation was arranged a week in advance via email and telephone. A request for confirmation via email was left ignored and it wasn't until the day before when we called to confirm and were transferred to this so-called "operations manager" (Jeremy), whose response was: "we will no be transporting her and that's the end of it". When we told him that Holly had given us the okay for transport prior to arranging it he told us that "Holly was in over her head". As if this wasn't bad enough, when asked to speak to someone he reports to he simply said he will not do that. This guy is a prime example of someone who should not be in the field of healthcare. I sure hope the owner of this organization sees this review and reconsiders the incompetent individual "running" his operations to the ground. (If I could give them negative stars I would!)

I was very happy with this company. My mother used them going from the doctor to home, in Collierville. She said her drivers, Stan and a younger quiet guy, were very kind and gentle with her. She gets really anxious when other people drive her, but she said she felt very safe with them. 10/10.

I work long hours and couldn’t bring my elderly aunt home from the hospital. Shanda was there! She was prompt, courteous, and very kind! In fact, my aunt told me she’d rather have Shanda bring her to and from her doctor’s visits instead of me because I “don’t make good conversation.” I highly recommend this company!
