“This is the best Customer Service oriented post office I've ever experienced. Twice I've had questions about delivery statuses on packages and called this post office for clarification. The postal worker actually called the postman to ask him about the packages. I don't see how you can ask for more great service than that. I just moved to Millington and I am more than pleased with the efficiency of this office. Everyone I've interacted with at this post office has been so friendly.”

I understand they sort their own mail for their route, If that isn't done right your mail will be messed up. If that happens just call them or the 800# and let them know. We are very happy with our long time carrier, Josh. We are a lot alike, if we going to do it we do it right! And I know many others do as well.”

Ms. Barbara seemed almost telepathic. She helped everyone who walked through her doors with exactly what they needed. Many did not know before arriving at the post office how they would accomplish the task they set out for, but Ms. Barbara gracefully assisted all of us. This will be my preferred post office for my remaining time in Memphis.”
