Place has 50 cardio machines but only one pec fly machine. So stupid. I can never get it bc someone is on it and doing it wrong.

I would just like recognize the cleanliness of this location. Sadly, I visited a competitor and noticed just how visibly dirty the facility was. As I was working out, I said "PF would never!"
The Bartlett Planet Fitness staff is ALWAYS cleaning, and it is GREATLY appreciated.

Update: I went to esporta down the street and for 8 bucks more ($29.99 per month) you get a much better facility with a whole lot more amenities like a pool and CrossFit! But my favorite part is that you don't get yelled at ? unlike planet fitness ??An angry employee started screaming at random people for no reason..I tried speaking to her and then she started screaming at me. I spoke with the manager and he said he'll get her side of the story but according to planet fitness policy they're allowed to scream at people?!? I would recommend bringing earbuds because they like to vacuum during working hours as well. Good luck ?

Loved going to this location. But recently changed their hours of operation and close at 10. It sucks because the work schedule I keep the only time I have available is late at night.

I’m disappointed it wasn’t open for 24 hours today as promised.Other than that they have a great staffLet me clear this up.I'm saying the gym says it's open 24 hours when I arrived they verbally changed the hours..I didn't ask if they where independently own. I SAID they shouldn't say one time and change when I got there. Thats What I'm saying and for the non comprehensive reply you gave didn't do anything beside upset me for not reading to comprehend and not just reply. If they are changing hours due to short staff it should be on the doors upon arrival not when I walk in the staff say we closing at 10 pm tonight.

Gym advertises that it is open 24 hours. I discovered after driving 25 miles to come get my work-out that the gym closes at 10pm and is not open 24 hours. Please update your website.
