I came in for a cheap universal bedframe, and your wonderful staff convinced me to get a nice adjustable base. The sales staff was super friendly and good at their job (hence my upgrade).
I got the bedframe home. It was easy to set up, and it is very comfortable! I spent a bit more than I had intended, but I am extremely satisfied with the result. Thanks.

Our experience today with mattress firm so far has been pretty great!
We went in with the idea of just testing out mattresses …we did not intend to purchase today

Quick and easy! We were able to go in the store and actually lay on several mattresses to make sure we picked the right one. Nikiya was amazing in assisting us and answering all our questions. Would definitely recommend! POV: Don’t order your mattress online without knowing what you’re getting!
