We needed three mattresses for different sized beds and different types of sleepers. Also pillows, box springs and mattress covers. Jerald at the Bartlett location spent about 90 minutes with us in the showroom nonstop in an effort to make sure we purchased exactly what was needed. He was very personable and highly attentive to detail. Overall a tiring but necessarily thorough visit to the store and we look forward to better sleep for years to come as a result.

Jerald was a great sales manager, he took his time to explain the quality and differences in the mattresses, he knows his products very well. He deserves a raise of pay because you cannot find quality people like Jerald to work these days.

They had a very good selection of mattresses to try out. All questions were answered by a knowledgeable sales person. The only slightly negative thing was them pushing their adjustable frame but not excessively.

Jerald was amazing he helped my boyfriend and I pick the perfect mattress and Power Base for the mattress!!! We absolutely love how helpful he was and helping up pick the perfect mattress and got us to try a base for better sleep.

My husband went in to just look for a new mattress, not really expecting to buy. Annie greeted us when we walked in. She made suggestions based on our current sleeping habits and firmness needs. She encouraged us to lie down on the beds to get the complete experience. As I said, I wasn't expecting to buy, but she helped us find the perfect mattress and adjustable bed frame, that fit within our budget. Her knowledge of the inventory and friendly greeting warmed us. I would recommend Mattress Firm Bartlett, and especially Annie when you need a new mattress.
