The store manager is so customer oriented. He was so busy today but treated me as if I was the most important person in the store. This was a welcomed treat in a time when it seems no one cares about anything or anyone like they use to, but this manager nailed it. Thank you!

I ordered a tool box Dec 30th, online it said it would be assembled and ready pickup three days later on a Tuesday. When I got there to the store no one could tell me where my tool box was, only the top part that didn't need assembly. The customer service associates didn't even know who to contact or ask about who assembles or when they came in etc. The store managers and assistant managers lied to me twice. Both said they'd get someone on it, never did... after three weeks I had enough and had to get ugly. Within two days I had my toolbox. Don't get anything assembled expecting a real date from Lowe's. And don't trust the online app saying when it'll be ready. I'm ashamed of the management there also. And let's not talk about how impossible it is to find someone and ask a question or get help around there. I've always liked Lowe's better than home depot but now I'm gonna have to swap. Our money is too hard to make to give to these companies who's care so less about the customers

I brought in an item to return. There was no line at the return desk and actually two employees there. The employee, Savannah, took the item and could not be bothered to look at us or speak after we greeted her. She completed the return, handed us the cash with obvious disdain for customers. Same old same old worst customer service in the area.

Very saddened by my experience on 11/29/23. I went to return an item for my father, and my cashier could not have been more rude. Her nametag said Savannah. She said maybe two words to me, couldn't say you're welcome after the return, couldn't even look at me, made me feel INCREDIBLY unwelcome. I was going to shop around, but after that interaction I walked straight out. I don't understand why they put an employee with such poor customer service at the returns counter.

What a great experience it was at Lowe’s! The workers were ALL very kind and helpful. One specific worker was so patient. We were unable to locate what we needed because the box was empty, but he noted that they had some there and when I say he searched high and low to find what we needed!!! It’s so nice to know that there are still people that go above and beyond to help their customers!! He was phenomenal and the cashier named Edgar was fantastic - great sense of humor and efficient. They all treated us like family!! I love that!!!

Rarely a less than stellar trip here. Online ordering needs a lot of improvement. Aisles are cleared and maintained. Well stocked in most everything one could need to work on in, around, or improvements to a home, garden, lawn or any other structure for that matter. Wish they could bring in the Milwaukee tool line. That's about the only reason I go to the orange box home improvement stores. My local store supports the Boy Scouts and has military veteran parking spaces. Will even decorate the military Veteran spaces for holidays and special events. They offer a military discount but you have to sign up online and get your account approved beforehand.Update.....I arrived this morning and was met by 2 associates that were more than willing to help locate the items I needed. Still no open register other than self checkout.

I came to Lowes 11/5/23 I bought 3 bags of Scott black mulch. I was told by the cashier to drive a round and they will get you loaded. When I got there a mod asked how many bags ma'am? I told him 3 there was a young male on a fork lift he yelled out she can't load 3 bags of mulch. I then yelled out that I can. Very very rude!! The mod did have a conversation with the young man. The young man had red hair I did not get his name but he did apologize to me . I told him how he should not say things like that. Customers is what pay you!!!

Customer service is a joke. The wood cutting machines are always "out of order" and I've had the lumber employees tell me the machines are fully working but they're discouraged from using them because of "liability" issues. So therefore the regular shoppers can't even get the lumber home because of size restraints in most vehicles. Asked someone to help me lift cement board once (I'm a short female and the piece was very large for me to handle) and I got laughed at by the employees. No one actually working the cash registers anymore either. This location on 64 is terrible. Even more so than the Germantown location.

The lady self check out is always mindful, even though she has a challenge and getting around . Easy navigate and plenty of employees around for Assistance today.

I had purchased a refrigerator, installation, and service agreement. I purchased it on 9/9/23 and today, 9/24/23, they call me to tell me that they will not be able to deliver it by the promised date of 9/26/23. Said it could possibly be 7 to 10 more days before I would get it. I told them that was unacceptable. I wanted to cancel my order. They said they understood and just take my ticket to customer service and I would get all my money back. I did that. It took a while and they finally said it had all been done. Unfortunately for me, I was in a hurry to get out, I didn’t look at the receipt. They did not give me my money back for the installation or service agreement. I have called and no one will answer the phone when I ask to speak to the manager. Guess I will have to make one last trip to Lowe’s to try to speak to the manager but I will not be shopping there again. Screwed.

Do not buy any appliances from this store or from lowes. I purchased an over the stove microwave from this store in July. The appliance was delivered on August 2, 2023 and was installed, but didn't work. The installer said that they would reach out to Lowe's and have it replaced. Lowe's took over a month to get the microwave replaced, so for 1 month, I had a defective microwave installed in my house. I called Lowe's weekly to get a status on the microwave and was told that someone would reach out to me to give me an update, which no one did. I finally had to reach out to my credit card company to have the payment stopped, yet still no communication from Lowe's. Lowes finally replaced my microwave in early September, but still haven't heard anything from corporate like they told me i would. Please save yourself a headache and stay far far away from this store.

Susie, in cabinets at the Bartlett, TN store was awesome. What a delightful experience. The store was clean, organized and staged well. We will be coming back for sure.
