I ordered a tool box Dec 30th, online it said it would be assembled and ready pickup three days later on a Tuesday. When I got there to the store no one could tell me where my tool box was, only the top part that didn't need assembly. The customer service associates didn't even know who to contact or ask about who assembles or when they came in etc. The store managers and assistant managers lied to me twice. Both said they'd get someone on it, never did... after three weeks I had enough and had to get ugly. Within two days I had my toolbox. Don't get anything assembled expecting a real date from Lowe's. And don't trust the online app saying when it'll be ready. I'm ashamed of the management there also. And let's not talk about how impossible it is to find someone and ask a question or get help around there. I've always liked Lowe's better than home depot but now I'm gonna have to swap. Our money is too hard to make to give to these companies who's care so less about the customers

Customer service is a joke. The wood cutting machines are always "out of order" and I've had the lumber employees tell me the machines are fully working but they're discouraged from using them because of "liability" issues. So therefore the regular shoppers can't even get the lumber home because of size restraints in most vehicles. Asked someone to help me lift cement board once (I'm a short female and the piece was very large for me to handle) and I got laughed at by the employees. No one actually working the cash registers anymore either. This location on 64 is terrible. Even more so than the Germantown location.

Worst sign in Loop I've ever been in. Endless loop off sending you a code, enter it to complete sign in and generate new password which I have done six times and still am in the endless loop. I have orders for Lowe's right here on my desk but will not be placing them unless sign in gets much simpler.

I have stood at the paint counter for 30 minutes. I have now contacted 3 associates. There apparently is no one working the paint department on a Saturday. Horrible customer service.

Do NOT use the cash self checkout machines or the store management. The self checkout took $101 from me and went belly up. I am out $101 and the managers won't even talk to me. The cashier and head cashier cannot do anything to help and I am late for work. The management don't care.The head cashier asked if I want to leave and come back k tomorrow but I cannot trust anyone in charge here so I am going to wait them out.

This place is in sad shape. I went in for an appliance at 1:30PM. I was told by an associate that the item was in stock but I should order online and and pick it up. So I did. And I waited around for 7 HOURS until they determined that it wasn't even in stock. During that time, I was ignored by several employees on the sales floor and even hung up on twice when I called in. This place is a complete mess. Look at the photos. They are of the customer service area and are the first thing you see when you walk in. This whole store is an unorganized train wreck of upper mismanagement and overworked employees. I spoke with one who was on her 12th hour of her shift and at her breaking point. Everyone I talked to was unsure of where anything was. Even the appliances on display are out of date and no longer available even though they're market as "clearance". We need to pull away from Lowe's until they get it together. What they're doing isn't fair to the consumer nor the employees.

Work place every to order online and get it delivered. I ordered a washer and dryer but never received the washer. I called the store over 10 times to only get transferred to the wrong department over and over. When I finally did get transferred to the right department they never answer the phone. Phone just rings until it disconnects. This has been the worst experience I ever encountered with ordering something online. I still haven't gotten in touch with anyone.

You suck. Want to buy lumber. Called phone # and got IVR. Asked for lumber . Rang, rang, no answer. Called back, got IVR, asked for human. Rang, rang, no answer. Called back, got IVR, asked for Customer service, rang, rang, no answer. Tried this sequence 8 times. Calling because website lies and says my order would come in 1 day. Except after you actually place oder, it now says 12 days later. Finally baled to a girl at another store who acknowledged the incorrect information. As if it was no big deal lying.

hours on here are incorrect firstly, second of all you cannot get service from anyone at self check out so goodluck buying screws and bolts not prepackaged. 4 people working self check out, all 4 staring at the blinking registers light and not a single one walked over. in fact just started waking off. so just go to customer service.

Waited over an hour to be helped in the grill section even after stoping multiple employees and being told they would be right back. Granted it's Memorial Day and busy so we were kind and waited patiently. Finally got someone to help and was told it would take 15 minutes to get the grill down because they were all on the top shelf. 30-40 minutes later we finally got it. The box had a hole in it but we were hoping it was just from the forklift but when we got home the grill had a huge dent like it was dropped or something when they were taking it down. We came back to switch it out and the man at customer service was very unfriendly this time almost like he thought it was us who damaged it and mumbled under his breath as he was walking away. We ended up just returning the grill and going to the other one down the road which was much better.

Worst customer experience in my life. I ordered a mower and some accessories online over a week and a half ago and scheduled for deliver today. 9am this morning I get a call from some lady in Wisconsin saying they would not be able to deliver today as it was not put together. She said they had to wait on someone from John Deere to assemble. I asked why this was not completed prior to delivery as I ordered a week and a half ago and it was shown as "in stock" when I ordered it. She could not answer. I told the lady that I had taken off work today so that this could be delivered. No compassion whatsoever. I asked when it would be assembled to which she could not give me an answer other than "whenever we can get someone from John Deere to assemble". I can't believe that we had a week and a half to assemble and have prepared for order and it didn't happen. I guess they didn't need my $3500. I cancelled and will go elsewhere.

Ordered 2 appliances about 3-4 weeks ago. Told salesman that I could not install microwave. He rang up the range and microwave. Supposed to be delivered March 29th. Received a call on March 28th, that the appliances were on the truck and they would reschedule . Delivery was rescheduled for April 8th. Delivery was on time, even a little early, but I was told that they did not install microwaves. They are an outside contractor. Went by the Lowes store on Highway 64, where things were purchased. Since there was no one in appliance section, I asked for a manager. Spoke with a Front End Supervisor and explained everything. He said that he would get with the other managers and call me back within 2-3 hours. Well, 5 hours later and no call. Tried to call the store, stayed on hold for 24 minutes , then was disconnected. Drove to the store and spoke to different manager. He was wearing a sweater, no name tag, no Lowe's logo on sweater. All he could tell me was that I could pay them and they would install it. I refused , saying that I had explained everything to salesman, but all this manager would say was " I wasn't there." Also mentioned that I tried to call and was on hold for 24 minutes, he said "I just got here". Not anything like, I'm sorry, I'll look into that. Lowe's must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for management and supervisory personnel.

The store was clean but the staff seems to be a bit unpleasant now. Our cashier Kimberlee was very rude. Hopefully this location can get a morale boost soon.

Lowe's makes me feel like I can accomplish anything that I see on HGTV (although in reality I can't even hang a picture straight!) BUT this store is my go to for my home fixing needs. I do like to browse the aisles like I'm at Walmart lol even when I know I only need one thing like air filters. Getting help is like pulling teeth, I find it difficult to find an associate that can help me or when I do find an associate they have no clue where an item is located and tells me "oh that's in the garden center" umm sir no it is not, I'm looking for brackets to place on a staircase to hold the rail up! Anyway, Lowe's can have decent prices compared to other stores, but since everything is going up there is really no best place to get things anymore, I just stick to Lowe's because I'm familiar with it.
