The worst place to take your car. JUST DONT. I had a minor accident.. the only had to paint and replace the front grill... this turned into 5 weeks of lies.. They painted the car ....which was a disaster. The color didn't match. They painted it 3x and still didn't get the color right. They wouldn't fix it. The headlights needed adjusting. They would not adjust them. I have a gap where my hood and front part of my car/grill meets. A huge gap. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.. then when you call the facility the 2 females lie and take your information and say someone will call you back. In reality and to date NOONE has called me. My car is a disaster. It is awful They won't even fix their MESS. if I could give them no stars I would...

Though there were a few minor details that needed to be addressed which were corrected I'd still recommend Key Collision! I had to have rework done from Service King/Crash Champions Bartlett and they were the only collision center in the city that were willing to go behind Service King/Crash Champions Bartlett to get my baby back right and tight! I truly appreciate them for this! I would advise anyone that has a foreign car to go where the dealership goes!! Key collision did an excellent job on my Audi!!

Key Collision has become such a family oriented location for me to take my vehicles. I operate a fleet of vehicles and Key Collision is the only place I bring my cars to get worked on. They have great prices, great staff that are personable and are more than willing to help you out. I’m grateful to have came across this team of professionals

I was passing through on a road trip and started hearing a noise, something hanging on the underside of my car. Googled auto body shops near me and choose Apex Collision Center because of the 5 start reviews. Now I'm leaving one. These guys fixed the minor issue and had me back on the road in 10 minutes at no charge! Trey and Cody ROCK!

Got the vehicle back after 4 months. There was no staff member to do an inspection with me,Before the accident the car was running fine with the exception of damage outer body damage created by the accident, once I got it back ran hot before getting up the street a half of a mile away. The vehicle has been parked since. It's been almost a year and a half now.

Terrible communication!!! Poor customer service.Rude staff! They didn’t even collect my deductible but has blown my phone up with calls hours later. Prior I never received ANY calls with updates on my vehicle . Please go elsewhere!

After a common criminal smashed out a window on my company car, Key Collision quickly obtained a replacement window and set a time the next day open and installed it quickly. Great owner, techs and office staff!

Brought my car in for an estimate spoke with Jennifer she was so friendly and inviting.. Alex was my adjuster and she was able to reconnect my my camera sensor to while she was checking it out. I came in with my bumper taped.. alex made sure I didn’t leave that way her and Patrick snapped it back in and completed my estimate.. they are the best and made sure my car was safe for me to drive… I look forward to having my car fixed by the team!

Brought my Honda civic here after a wreck. They completed all repairs timely and beautifully. However due to a back order on seatbelts they weren’t able to release my car right away - ended up waiting on this part about 5 months. They were very apologetic and offered updates when I called. When I finally got to pick up my car the GM let me know he sent his parts girl all the way to TX to retrieve the seatbelt mechanism, costing them more than the part was worth! Goodie was very patient and helpful. I appreciate their work! It was difficult for me to find transportation during that time but I understood it wasn’t their fault - all my frustration was with the insurance company we were dealing with. Receptionist was kinda rude though. other than that great service!
