However, Edd and Emily (I hope I spelt their name right) were so absolutely awesome. They were so helpful, kind, and understanding they offered me different styles of chains and gave me options I didn’t even know were available to me. I went in completely clueless and hopeless to the necklace I had and I walked out knowing what exactly I was looking for and what I was working with. Recently worked with Melanie and Candace to have an inherited ring resized. The good folks at Hollie Winter's recommended that the ring be retipped - something that had not even crossed my mind to check considering the age of the ring. I also asked for an appraisal with the hope that the resizing, the retipping and the appraisal could all be done in a reduced time frame.
Everything was done in the agreed upon time and the ring looks absolutely amazing. So glad that I worked with Hollie Winter Fine Jewelry!”
“This store is exactly the reason that I only shop local or second-hand. The store owner goes above and beyond on every. single. purchase. I have purchased items, including everything from intimates to work blazers to gowns for a black-tie wedding. The quality is always top-tier and extremely fairly priced. Even when an error was made and my order was shipped to an old address whose occupants then lied about receiving the package when we had photo evidence of it on their front porch, the owner tried to contact the landlord, refund as much as they could, AND help me find a replacement piece. I cannot say enough great things about this store AND the owner. SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AND NOT AT ANTHROPOLOGIE.”
