Even when an error was made and my order was shipped to an old address whose occupants then lied about receiving the package when we had photo evidence of it on their front porch, the owner tried to contact the landlord, refund as much as they could, AND help me find a replacement piece. I repurposed my late father's wedding band for myself and it almost brought me to tears with how well they did with it.
