I purchased a new 2021 Infiniti QX50. It was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I've had issues with the vehicle ever since. The latest issue to deal with is the unbearably loud jet engine noise coming from the motor of the vehicle. I've taken the vehicle to a dealership in another state that supposedly diagnosed the issue as relating to the fan assembly. Three months after the replacement of said fan assembly, the noise came back. I took the vehicle to the Infiniti of Memphis dealership for a diagnostic.
The service team, including the Service Manager, did very, very little to assist. They could not properly diagnose the problem and even denied the problem existed. The noise was so loud, it ranged through the service bay of the dealership and everyone turned there head. But the Service Manager lied and pretended he could hear nothing. Here's the said truth: Infiniti of Memphis dealership knows there is known issue with these type vehicles and doesn't have a clue how to fix the problem. Rather than admitting this, their dishonest and pretend not to hear the noise, tells me my car is working as it should, and sends me out the door with no resolution. If Infiniti can't diagnose and fix their own vehicles, then who can? At this point, I can't trust this dealership. I would recommend not purchasing an Infiniti vehicle and definitely do not patronize this establishment.

Awesome customer service by Service Manager Jerry Becker. We had been experiencing several similar "loss of acceleration" issues with our 2021 Infiniti QX50. The car's computer would put it in limp mode to protect the engine. Unfortunately, these occurred on a cross-country trip this past June. The Infiniti Dealer in Springfield thought they had it fixed but it continued to do it over and over. I called Mr. Becker one day and asked if he would be willing to take a look at our car. He wholeheartedly agreed and had it repaired on day one. The issue has yet to resurface, and we are overjoyed with the outstanding customer service that Mr. Becker and his team has done for us. I have asked them to keep the car a couple of weeks and drive it daily to make sure it stays running fine as we live about 3 hours away. He agreed and we are very happy Infiniti owners. I would HIGHLY recommend this service center for all your service needs. Great, friendly and very personable staff, very professional and accommodating to us. Thank you Mr. Becker and also a special thank you to the mechanic that so quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. We love you guys and may God bless you all.

Our experience couldn’t have been any better. Everyone we had contact with was courteous and knowledgeable. Even after the purchase we needed information about the workings of the car and each question was addressed in a very informative way. We also know that they will be there for us whenever we need them in the future.

My wife and I stopped in to look at a QX60 on Saturday, and we spoke with Kenneth Hubbard. Kenneth was very welcoming and genuinely interested in our needs. Due to the amenities my wife was looking for in a vehicle and the short timeframe we were looking to purchase, Kenneth talked us through what we need to consider in this purchase. The particular trim Infiniti we would need was not in stock at the time. Ultimately, my wife decided to purchase a Platinum Pathfinder, but I will highly recommend all my friends visit Kenneth at Infiniti! He is very honest and genuinely caring!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

They literally told me that i had to pay a $600 diagnostics fee because it was my first time coming there. I politely said yeah never mind and hung up. An average diagnostic fee is $150-$200. The fee was $160 when i took my car to inifiniti in Little Rock, Ar. Memphis is full of scammers, yall have lost yalls minds!

I called to inquire about getting my transmission serviced and to get a diagnostic. I initially spoke to someone by the name of Anthony, however, he was off the day I was looking to take my car to be serviced. He referred over to an advisor named “Julian” or “Juliette” . I was getting ready to take my car in yesterday. I was told by Julian, the advisor is a diagnostic fee here is $600 and it may, or may not go toward any service. Ridiculous! I called 2 other Infiniti dealerships within a 250 mile radius and their diagnostic fee was around $200. Infiniti of Memphis should be ashamed of themselves. Why would I pay $600 for just a diagnosis and it’s not applied to any service I get here. People lost their everlasting minds.
