Taking a 4 year old and 2 year old dog to a store can create a chaotic situation lol however Hollywood feed associates are very patient and accommodating offering help around every corner. This will probably be the only location we go to due to the customer service. The associates were very knowledgeable about the products and answered all the questions we had and showered our baby with lots of love and affection. Overall the atmosphere was very pleasant and makes us not mind spending our money here.
Customer service is top tier and patience is unmatched.
Thank you for all the help; we will be back!

Had the best experience here today thanks to Andrew! We decided to foster 2 puppies and when we picked them up, they were both covered in fleas. We called the store and asked about using their self wash stations and they were very happy to help. Andrew had everything set up with flee shampoo waiting for us when we arrived. He went above and beyond and we will go out of our way to visit the Bartlett location just because of him. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable of different types of food. Especially when you have a dog that has certain allergies, they're quite knowledgeable.

Went to bathe my dog today and ended up needing a few things. Asher is the one who helped me! Asher was very patient as I had alot of questions about traveling with my dog. Advice and service was excellent!
