Purchased a gaming steering wheel here and because it was missing an adapter cord, the employee reduced the price! Very kind, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely my go-to place for gaming gear!

I had a great experience today at this store just before noon. The two fellas working were so helpful and friendly and clearly had a passion for retro gaming or maybe just gaming in general. Either way they were great to do old -school gaming business with ☺️

Amazing location. Only problem is the game section. Why do this location have a million NBA 2K & other sport games? It's kinda hard to find a game when you constantly see NBA 2K 19, 21, etc everywhere. Still love this place tho

I used to love coming to this location but ever since they hired a new manager I haven’t had the best experience. I found them to be somewhat rude and obnoxious. Which really sucks since this location seems to have some of the best games and friendliest employees. I really wish the old manager was there he was very nice and polite and I never had any problems with him. I even got some great recommendations. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

This place is awesome for gamers or movie collectors!!! I much prefer to come here over Gamestop, because there's so much cool stuff to find in this store hands down. I also give a shout out to the staff behind the counter, they are so nice and very knowledgeable about what they're doing.

Great place to buy and sell games. I’ve had great, professional experience here but today was not so great. Zach or Zack was very rude and called me a racial slur while I purchased my game. He disrespected me from the time I walked through the door. I will be contacting corporate and reporting him for unprofessionalism! After my purchase he rudely knocked over items on the counter to my feet and I’m very dissatisfied from my encounter

This isn't my exactly my favorite Game X Change, but it's decent. They tend to have a lot of sports titles across the board for the retro systems and little variety on the shelf. They do have a decent case with the higher end stuff (they had Chrono Trigger loose for the usual $200 and a nice selection of boxed NES/SNES/Genesis stuff) that gets a good rotation. I'll come here if I'm in the area but it's more of once every other month as other GxCs in the Memphis area just tend to have better variety on the floor.I will say that this particular store has a nice selection of model kits compared to some of the other stores so if you're looking for those this is a good place to go.Lastly it's a very small overall store compared to some of their other locations (the Union Ave store is easily twice as big). The staff is friendly, and shopping here is breeze.

Forgot to take some pictures but by far one of the best game xchanges I've been to. Staff was super friendly they were very well stocked! They had games and movies we've been looking for for months. Their prices match what you pay and their overly priced. The only downfall was we were told they do not test their guitars for Playstations so really hoping it works when we get home! However they do have a warranty so if it doesn't work we can bring it back.

Their selection is incredible, the customer service was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I bought some games for an old PS3 console and I couldn't be happier. Well done y'all!!!!
