I had issues with my account but Ashlie McNeal was a wonderful banker that fixed all my problems quickly and was very professional and polite. The staff at First Bank in Bartlett is superior!

Stopped in to make a transaction. After talking with Ashlie for a few minutes, I decided I wanted to open an account. This place seems great. Real people, with real interactions. I’m so tired of my national chain bank and it’s policies. FB is just what I was looking for!
