This place is the worst! The ATM is always down when I need to get money out. I have sat and watched employees eat breakfast after opening time while we wait in line for them to finish eating. I have seen birds nests in the container where we should be able to get deposit slips. It’s dirty and trashy and all the good employees left and went to Pinnacle. That is where we bank now. SOOO much better than First Horizon! What’s the point of putting your money in a bank that you can’t get it when you want it or need it?

Conflicting information about deposits. Apparently the deposit/cash policies change based upon the teller whom is servicing you. Totally different experience the week prior, not to men when I questioned her, she became extremely defensive and sassy. Not a good look as well as why this is just a secondary account, due to capital one not having a brick and mortar location in Memphis. It’s worth the drive to Millington to just go to Navy Federal. I see why TD Bank backed out of the acquisition deal with First Horizon!!!!

I was at the 6891 summer ave Bartlett, TN location on 3-29-22 at approximately 3:12pm and the teller, Patesy, intentionally made me stand there in line, I was first in line, for no reason. She wasn't doing anything other than admiring the color polish on her nails. Furthermore, no one else even noticed or should I say cared that that was what was happening. This isn't the first time she has played this kind of game. She is too grown to be playing at all. Someone may need to explain to her that her maturity status is only 6th grade level and that she is embarrassing herself. She is at a time in her life where she should be setting the example, not proving a point.

Feed back on my experience; I own a small business in town locally. We have three bicycle shops in the surrounding Memphis area. I pulled into the drive through at 4:01 on Tuesday October 25th today ….lanes were closed because they close at 4pm (I get that) I pulled a into a parking spot and ran to the front locked door where I had no less than 4 employees stared at me. I pleaded that I just had a one deposit through the locked doors. And a additional employee peered out and motioned “we are closed”. I shook my head so they could see my disappointment. I understand open and close times( but 4:02?!?). My small business has done business with you(And prior to 1st TN) for nearly 35 years. If I did what your 4 plus employees did to me at 4:02, I would no longer be in business. Do realize how much you gain in customer satisfaction for an extra five minutes. An extra five minutes of those employees day would go so much farther and I would have greatly appreciated that. Instead I have a really bad taste in my about this location. Not the way you keep customers. -signed All is well as long as it is not one minute past closing.

There seems to be some sort of issue with them depositing checks as cash, because they never do it right, because they want to just deposit it and get through. Well, I took matter into my own hands and cashed the check first, received the cash, and then handed her a deposit slip to deposit the money into my account and hit would hit my account today. The whole point is that the money would hit my account today and be available to me today. I know they understand, but they don't care, they just want to get through even when you ask them ahead of time to deposit it as cash. They say ok, but still not do it. So I did what I explained above, and she was surprised that I was depositing the cash that she just handed me, because she said oh. Because of that I think felt like I was handling her and therefore took forever. Black lady, maybe mid 60s or so, glasses. I guess my question is what's the big deal??

Poor Customer Service. New to TN and do not have an account here. And not getting one here after bad experience. It was the Manager that was slouched on the counter, not looking at me, looking off to the side, telling me if I can't pay $3 to cash their First TN check that she can't help me. Then when I agreed, she told me to stand in another line. The lines are long and lead back to the private area where customers are giving sensitive information. Then the teller wouldn't cash the full amount, because she couldn't read the check correctly. Bad design, poor customer service, very little privacy. No wonder their logo has only 1 star.

Someone could answer your phones during business hours. All you get is a recording.
