6633 Stage Rd, Bartlett“Feed back on my experience; I own a small business in town locally. We have three bicycle shops in the surrounding Memphis area. I pulled into the drive through at 4:01 on Tuesday October 25th today ….lanes were closed because they close at 4pm (I get that) I pulled a into a parking spot and ran to the front locked door where I had no less than 4 employees stared at me. I pleaded that I just had a one deposit through the locked doors. And a additional employee peered out and motioned “we are closed”. I shook my head so they could see my disappointment. I understand open and close times( but 4:02?!?). My small business has done business with you(And prior to 1st TN) for nearly 35 years. If I did what your 4 plus employees did to me at 4:02, I would no longer be in business. Do realize how much you gain in customer satisfaction for an extra five minutes. An extra five minutes of those employees day would go so much farther and I would have greatly appreciated that. Instead I have a really bad taste in my about this location. Not the way you keep customers. -signed All is well as long as it is not one minute past closing.”
“Great customer service in Bartlett, sorry to say your credit card service is what cost you my accounts. Sent three credit cards to my wife and one debit card. One card was mine card but had her name on it. The second one was hers. The third one was who knows??? The fourth was her debit card. On another note I open my accounts 2 days before and have never received my debit card. I guessing it will have her name on it to. I just don’t trust that kind of errors.”

“Maria was absolutely the best! The manager was extremely polite as well. She welcomed clients as they entered.DOWNSIDE: The young man with locs who was working security for the bank was on his cell phone the ENTIRE 32 Minutes I was there. It was disappointing due there being so many customers inside and outside the bank. He definitely was NOT securing the location and was not actively monitoring.”
“At first I hated coming to this bank because the one teller just was not very welcoming. I have to remember everyone’s name, because they are great!!! But the one gentleman started helping me more when I would come in and then a couple other ladies and when I say they are so nice and helpful!!! it’s just really nice to get great service I guess that was just one bad experience and sometimes you just gotta give things a Second chance”
