Very bad experience. After driving for 80 miles and arrived their company, they apologize they can't serve me because the employee took this day off. A company work depends on one employee

Had to drop by to pick up a few pieces, and the person who helped me with my freight was just phenomenal! Had no problems from beginning to end. I'll be buying product from them again!
