I was very disappointed in my experience with FedEx this weekend. I visited to have a program printed after researching online. I was quoted a price over $100 more than what I saw online. The employee then struggled to explain why the cost was more expensive. When I picked up my order today, it was MORE expensive than what I was quoted. I don’t understand why FedEx doesn’t have an order form set up in their stores. I was never contacted about my order being completed. This was a very frustrating experience and I will take future printing needs elsewhere.

Miranda was super helpful and eager to assist. I really appreciate her attitude as my tasks were a bit tedious, but did not seem to bother her one bit. Excellent customer service and overall experience.

I stopped by this FedEx Office location one afternoon recently and found the store already closed during posted business hours. There was a handwritten sign on the door saying “Back at 4:00 PM,” but the entire parking lot was empty—no employees, no service, and no explanation.
I came back a little later, and the store was still closed with the same sign. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened. This location has a pattern of closing early without any warning or accountability. It's incredibly frustrating and unfair to customers who expect reliable service. Just look at the empty parking lot in the photos!
The store manager, Kisha, seems to have little concern for customer experience, and overall the management at this location is disappointing. FedEx needs to seriously look into how this store is being run.

I needed a large print job completed ASAP. I called this location as it was the nearest to me. I spoke with Kisha by phone who gave me an email to the store location, and very clear instructions on how to send my order by email so that she could TRY to print it before I arrived, but advised she was the only one in the store at the time.
20 minutes later, when I arrived Kisha was finishing with another customer. As I observed, she was a perfect example of patience, clarity and guidance.
When the prior customer left she immediately began assisting me with my print request which took heaping amounts of patience to deal with me, an impatient customer.
If FedEx had billed me based on the customer service level Kisha delivered instead of the square inches of the print job, I would need to get a second mortgage to cover the bill.
Kisha, is awesome. I will go out of my way to do business at this FedEx location.

These people cannot properly pack a shipment to save their lives. Do yourself a favor, don’t trust/pay them to package anything for you.

Walked in, no one said anything. No “hi”, “hello”, “how can I help you”, “I can get you at this counter”, nothing. No one even looked my way when I approached the counter. I turned around and used the self service option instead and left.

If you are shipping perfume/cologne I advise to not notify the employees at this location what you are shipping don't even tell them anything. I'm not sure if I was singled out, but I was penalized for being transparent and honest. The employee servicing me was being somewhat forceful with trying to look at all the items I had in my box, and even asked me to remove gift wrapping paper on my item because he didn't believe I had a 3 oz bottle of cologne. I didn't mind showing the size of the box of cologne, but once the employee had the nerve to ask me to remove the gift wrapping paper, I was uncomfortable, this was a birthday gift I was sending and I spent time wrapping each item. I told the employee several times I'm not taking off the wrapping paper, and they can just weigh the cologne box on the scale to find the oz. The employee said that the scale doesn't weigh oz. I was then told to google the item and show the employee the item and oz. (Which should have been asked from the beginning instead of me having to open up my package. So Because the employee didn't believe my word when I told him my cologne was under 8oz. I had to go through so much trouble of opening up my sealed shipping box, and open a giftbag with my items that were packaged so nicely. I'm not sure why the employee was behaving as if I was suspicious or was deceptive. A deceptive person would not have even notified Fedex of what items they are shipping. So if you don't want to deal with an associate digging in your items and treating you like you are being deceptive, just don't tell Fedex anything.

Came to this location today at 12pm when it supposed to open. There was an employee inside and on the phone. At first me and the gentleman waiting outside thought she was on a landline but instead she was on a cellphone. She saw us both and then went to the back and hasn’t been seen seen since. We both tried to call and the phone rang and rang. It is 12:12pm and this female employee is still in the back and hasn’t opened up to assist us. I just wanted to make this review in hopes it will help the manager of the store.

Two workers sat behind the counter while they told me to use the kiosk which I had no idea how to use. I was not greeted when walking in and the girl behind the counter would not help me. When I asked for help closing my package she slid me their industrial size tape across the counter. Very unwelcoming and not helpful at all to the customers.

Had to get my daughter’s baby shower invitations printed and Heather was wonderful! She had them on time and they looked great! She was super helpful and knew exactly what I needed!

I'm tired of this. They always close early. If you aren't here an hour before they close you aren't getting anything done here cause they already went home.
