Contacted Carl’s office as I was searching for a new car insurance because GEICO increased my rates drastically for no reason. Carl took forever to email the quote and didn’t review the quote with me until I asked for him to do so. (I am an insurance agent myself and I always make sure I explain to my customers every single things that is offered and what exactly I have quoted them for because different companies offer different products). Called back to ask for specifics that I needed and he still emailed something other than what I asked for. If I call you, I need you to explain exactly what you have put together instead of emailing and having me to figure out on my own. So I decided to go with another company since everything was done thru email ( he should assume all potential customers does not understand what is being emailed) and there was no follow up phone call with me even with me informing him that I needed the coverage by a certain date.
