By far the worst place to get your nails and feet done!! 4 hrs of work on my fiancé for a lot of money down the drain due to lack of knowledge when it comes to the nails. My fiancés hands and feet both are messed up and bubbled and smudged up from the paint. This place needs to reevaluate the horrible staff and also could use some cleaning supplies. Super nasty smell and horrible work.
Requested style: Didn’t understand how to do French tips
Cleanliness: Very smelly place

I have never gotten my nails done at a better place than this. I walked into a beautiful setting, well lit and well decorated. They lots of colors to choose from, I went with a matcha green and a bright pink. I told my nail tech, Abbie, that she could surprise me with the design. She went above and beyond with her service, making cute flowers with an accent nail on each hand. I absolutely adored my nails and will definitely be returning soon!Services: Manicures

Bê has always been my go to nail tech for years, but everyone here is always so so polite and sweet and they always do a great job on my nails. They're also extremely affordable and my nails always last.

My family went in for pedicures and a dip manicure for me. Our usual place in Germantown is fantastic but we were pressed for time so went somewhere close. Within an hour of leaving my dip manicure cracked. I went back to get it fixed, and they did fix it for free, however the very next day more cracked. I am not going to bother. The pedicures have no massage what so ever - even paying extra for the deluxe. They rubbed a hot stone on there for maybe 30 seconds. The prices weren’t terrible, but I would rather pay more and have it done right.Lesson learned, I won’t go anywhere else.Services: Dip powder

I came here for dip nails a week ago. I had my credit card charge to prove it. Within 3 days they were chipping. Today 5 nails are chipped and another is cracked. They refused to fix it. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! TRUST THE REVIEWS! Someone said ownership changed and boy does it show!

My 2nd time at this location tonight is my last time here. My nail tech was rushing as she saw people coming in. I asked her if they had glitter in shellac her response was if you don't see it we don't have it. They only have have two techs. They tools are rusty. The nail clipper was soo rusty looked like it was from the 80's. Its just dad the tale our money but they don't want to take there time on our hands and feet. Not again on hwy 70 I was patient with her didn't rush her at all.

There must be new owners because I was there about a year and a half ago and it was great. This time it was horrible. The pedicure was okay but the nail dip was just awful. I have pictures below for you to see. It looks as if my 5 year old niece did them.

Older lady did my mani pedi, cut my toe with no acknowledgement, I was the only customer and she worked wayyy too fast and messy, not friendly. Teenager present doing homework with mask down to chin and with all the open space, they seated me 3 ft from her. Off my list.
