First time going here was to fax some paperwork. Was okay the first time so I try them again a few days later same thing fax paperwork. Just for the fax machine not to work. Was very disappointed. Since I was on a time crunch. Would try them again tho.

My husband and I work from home, so our all-in-one printer is very important to our business. My Brother printer got jammed the other day, and no matter how many times I took it apart and put it back together, I couldn't find the jam. Brother's website lists Direct Copiers and Fax as an authorized Brother repair vendor, so I loaded my baby (my printer) up and headed that way. The next day, not even 24 hours later, my printer was all fixed and ready to go back to work. The cost? - $40. Service was very friendly and obviously very fast! If my printer should ever need work again, I will 100% be taking it back to Direct Copiers and Fax.

WOW! is all we can say... Direct Copiers & Fax has become the driving force of our administrative operations from a copier & fax solutions standpoint. They're ALWAYS coming out with new deals & their Service Agreements are super flexible & incredibly reliable! WOULD GIVE A HIGHER RATING IF POSSIBLE!
