I had major work on it and it was fix in a timely matter after the parts came in. The service at Christian Brothers Automotive Bartlett is wonderful, I had moderately short wait time for my vehicle to be serviced after arriving on time. I was informed of other issues about my vehicle that needed attention, but was not pressured into having it done at that particular time. I feel at ease when I go to CBA in Bartlett.

Got the All Wheel Alignment Service done after getting new tires. Everyone at Christian Brothers Auto in Bartlett were all very nice and professional. Very clean reception / sales / waiting area. I would recommend them.

Wonderful experience! Really appreciate the prompt updates via text throughout the servicing. I was even sent photos documenting each service as it happened and attached to informative videos explaining the purpose of the service. And the complementary shuttle service was nice as well. Would definitely return!

My experience at CBA in Bartlett is always very pleasant. They have a great customer service. They are very detailed to explain the car issues and work with the insurance to get most of them covered. They are transparent and reliable.
I recommend them to anyone looking for a trustful automobile repair place.
They might keep your car for 2 weeks or a little mote depending on the issues but it is worthy.

Christian Brother Automotive broke all the details of my repairs down to me over the phone. I was able to understand exactly what was going on with my car. On top of that they sent me the diagnostic results and the choice on what repairs I wanted to get done. Very professional.

I was told at a dealer that I needed brakes. I held off because of the price. Christian Brothers was lower in cost so I set a appointment. They told me my brakes were good. They was honest and no charge for a brake inspection. I will give them all of my service I need in the future.

On a road trip from Canada to Texas when my AC stopped working, and it was July and 97F outside. Even though they had a very busy and full day, they looked at my car, diagnosed the issue and had my family up and going in less than 2 hours!! We are so thankful for their willingness to go above and beyond. They were kind, compassionate and very reassuring as they were helping a motorist in need who was far from home. Overall, it was the best experience I could have asked for from a very unfortunate turn of events. As a side note, the lobby and bathroom were immaculately clean and in good condition too.
