Charlies Wine & Spirits provides excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. The staff is consistently nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet. They offer amazing customer service, taking time to assist with drink recipes, help select gifts, and find products. The store has a great selection and carries a wide variety, ordering anything they do not have in stock. The layout is very nice with wide aisles and shopping carts. Prices are reasonable. The overall experience is great, with an all around excellent service that makes customers leave happy.
