Took car in for repair and got diagnostic, car repair, paid $2k+ with no fuss. 2 days later the car the exact problem reoccured so I returned car and was told they'd look it. A week later, with no phone call, I returned and told it was a transmission and needed a new one. Idk why the diagnostic didn't pick that up or why they fixed something that was not the problem.

Excellent service! They got me in when all the Buick dealerships couldn't, kept in constant contact about any delays, and handled everything with my warranty folks. Highly recommend 10/10!

I was very pleased with my experience using Chapman Automotive. They communicated throughout the day while they worked on my vehicle and shared options that would save me money. No pushy sales tactics here, just honest work.

Good Customer Service and quality results! My family has used Chapman Auto Repair multiple times. While sometimes the repairs took longer than anticipated, they always delivered at the end. Mr. Chapman was a pleasure to speak with on previous repairs. Their honesty and candor is appreciated.

If you like to be inconvenienced and treated like they do not care about the customer, then Chapman is your place to go! They will NOT allow you to stay at the establishment to wait for your car, it's a drop off and someone come pick you up policy only! I would not recommend becoming a patron of Chapman!

Jeremy and his team did all of my automotive work when I lived in the area. From Oil Changes to a full engine replacement all the work and service was top notch.

I've sent several vehicles of mine and my family's to them over the years, and they've taken care of us about as well as you'd expect.
I try to do my own work when I can, but for anything I'm unable to do or have time for, I try to bring it here, and there's always been a pretty quick turnaround from them.
Money's been tighter these days, but I won't forget the first time I went with Chapman's. They'd saved me $200 that day!
TLDR; A good, local, mechanic shop with fair pricing and great service.

was traveling halfway across the country when my brakes got messed up and needed a caliper replaced. they were the first people i called and they got me in right away in addition to referring us a tow truck that wasn’t crazy expensive. they were so helpful, quick, and not expensive at all. was back on the road in 3 hours (that’s including waiting for the tow truck!) eternally grateful for their work!Service: Brakes
